A newly renovated apartment in the heart of Gainesville across from the brand new Blount Center. I never book anyone the night before or after your stay so check-in as early as youâd like and check-out as late as you like. The washer and dryer is right in the unit along with a full bath and kitchen with brand new appliances. There is a coffee and ice cream shop right downstairs so mornings and evenings are a breeze (as well as Gainesvilleâs best Jamaican food!).
Apartment was exactly as described and Ryan provided excellent information so check-in and check-out was easy. We loved being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go for food and visiting campus. Apartment amenities were great and we were very comfortable. I would definitely want to stay here again if visiting Gainesville!
My wife and I stayed here for a concert weekend, and very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean and well furnished. There were some technology issues with the automatic curtains and the bathroom vanity light, but everything else was great.I think it is very important to note that nowhere on the listing was it said that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator available. My wife and I are fairly active, so it was ok for us, but I would not be happy if I had any kind of mobility issues. The guitar amp has no power cable, so if the guitar is a selling point for you, just be aware. Also, definitely bring your earplugs if staying on a weekend, as the main road outside can be pretty loud.Overall, a very pleasant stay.
Really loved this stay. The location was great for a quick drive to campus events which were the purpose for our visit and very close to our family members' residence which was why we chose this area. The property was very clean, beautifully designed in both the furnishings and style as well as the use of space and materials of the home itself (tile, paint colors, etc.), and had all of the necessities for our stay. It feels like a well-cared for space and is very comfortable. There was a bit of street noise now and then but that's a factor of the town energy and intersection and not the space internally. If you need an elevator, check to see if there is one, I may have missed it since it was a relatively easy staircase and convenient parking options that make getting to the door quite easy. This is really one of the best stays I've had at a short term rental as far as comfort and aesthetic, definitely recommend it!
