Small studio house, 560 sq ft, with all the comforts of home. Updated and smart home technology. Great for individual or couple. Many things to do in close proximity to home. Hop on the 300 miles of bike trail where an entrance is only a mile away. Then come home to grill and relax in your private hot tub. Take in all the sites and activities Xenia, Yellow Springs and Dayton has to offer. All close. Street parking across from house. Fenced in backyard for fido. We accept any size dog/dogs as long as you are a responsible owner.

Perfect Decompression Getaway

I can’t say enough about Bonnie as a host, and the amenities and comfort of this house. I felt very well taken care of and had everything I needed to feel comforted and like I could really relax after long days of grad school clinicals in Yellow Springs. The bed is very comfy, the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and spices, and Bonnie’s thoughtful extra touches went a long way. Super quiet neighborhood.

Xenia Small House

The house was exactly what I needed for a business trip to the area. The hostess went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed with snacks and drinks supplied according to my own likes and dislikes. The space is clean and welcoming. will stay again when I come back in the fall.

Great Hospitality

Our hosts were fantastic! They went above and beyond to make our stay excellent!!!! My wife and I were in town on business and stayed here for 4 nights. The amenities were far better than many places our travels have taken us! Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Beyond expectations!

Bonnie and Dave have thought of everything you could possible want or need during your stay! Personal touches from treats for my dog to thoughtful Easter treats in addition to stocked drinks and snacks made my stay so comfortable and relaxing. While I didn’t use the hot tub my pup enjoyed the big fenced in yard. The little house is adorable!! If I could give more than 5stars I would … I hope your place is available next time I’m in town. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Best Stay EVER

Bonnies little house is exactly as described and more! This is the first place we've stayed at that truly felt like home. The dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard and the no spill water bowl worked so well that I might need to buy one for home! I found everything I needed for cooking and even a ziploc bag for the leftovers. We tried Nicks restaurant at Bonnie's recommendation. It had a relaxed vibe and the burgers were delicious.Thank you Bonnie for hosting us and we will definitely be back!

Amazing little place

We had a great stay in an overall quiet neighborhood. Check in and out was very easy. House was extremely well stocked with more than you can think of. Truly an overall wonderful experience and will definently book again when were in the area next!

Above and beyond!

Bonnie and Dave are above and beyond hosts! So many unexpected extras, I felt like I was family or friend. I had coffee and variety of creamers and teas. Bougie dog treats. Stocked fridge of anything you might need for cooking or beverages. A local coffee house gift card. Snacks. So much more. It was very nicely appointed. No sacrificing at this stay. Thank you Bonnie and Dave!

Best experience we’ve EVER had with a vacation rental!!

I can not say enough good things about this property, our stay and the hosts! From the time of booking upon checking out every single thing was perfect! Bonnie was incredibly quick with communication and went way above and beyond our expectations! She had our favorite snacks stocked and ready and even surprised me with a birthday cake and gift card to a local coffee shop (which was sooo good!). We had an issue with the street parking but Bonnie insisted on helping us to make it right. The house itself is adorable, perfectly cozy and the hot tub is lovely!! Highly recommend and would without a doubt book here again in the future!! 10/10!!

Fabulous hosts!

Before we arrived Bonnie reached out to ask some of our snack and coffee preferences, and if we needed anything for our pups. When we arrived all of the items were there including a gift card to a local coffee house! The hose was incredibly clean and stocked for all your needs. We will be staying again and wish Bonnie and Dave were the host at every place we stay!

This house offers everything a couple could need. It is centrally located in my hometown and easy access to highways. Place was clean, safe, neatly done, looks like it has been recently updated, and we couldn’t have asked or wanted anything better! Thank you so much!

Perfect getaway spot!!

This place may be small, but it has everything you need and a jacuzzi!! From the awesome treats and snacks left for us, the host was quick to respond when we needed them. I travel quite often and the customer service was excellent and the host went above and beyond during our stay. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!! highly recommend HHiAwesome

Cozy & Clean - Highly Recommend

This charming house is spotless with modern features and decor. The hot tub is a nice addition and the back patio is lovely. The hostess is as sweet as the house - going above and beyond with accommodations (like filling the fridge with drinks & snacks, leaving hand-made chocolate confections for me, etc). The location is central with easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, and fueling stations. I highly recommend this property for rest & relaxation, or even a stop along your travels.

Very cute, comfortable stay

Although the house is very small, it was very clean and comfortable. Everything was well organized, and the house had everything needed and more. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Amazing space! Would definitely stay again!

Everything about this property was fantastic! Very homey, everything you need in the kitchen, the Internet was high speed, and the bed was comfy. The whole place has been remodeled so all the features were brand new and the place was cleaned spotless! Things were quiet at night for sleeping with no disturbances and the communication with the host was awesome! The pictures match how the home feels and looks! It's a perfect home away from home.

Great getaway

This place was the perfect getaway spot for us. Beautiful setup and space. Comfy bed! We spent a day in nearby Yellow Springs. There isn’t a driveway so you have to park on the street. That’s the only thing I was concerned about, but we had no issues.

Loved it!

This house was so clean and just perfect for my stay. The bed was comfy, and the hot tub was great after hiking and biking. The host was excellent. I will DEFINITELY stay again if I’m ever in this area.

Anniversary trip

Bonnie and Dave were outstanding hosts! Everything snack and drink wise that we could have wanted was provided for us. We were even greeted with a cute little bucket of goodies since we were celebrating our anniversary. Highly recommend!
