Great place while visiting Indiana u

Devin did a great job re doing the cottage. Was super comfortable on all levels. We really enjoyed our stay. Just a great alternative if you are traveling with the family including the dogs ! Would stay again !

We would absolutely stay here again. Communication with Devin was easy, quick responses. The property is conveniently located near U of I. Very clean and well appointed. Coffee, snacks and toiletries a nice touch.

Nice property near the University

Overall a great place to stay near the University. The house was tasteful, modern and clean. The kitchen was nice and was fully equipped. Nice touches throughout. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This was the perfect place to stay while moving our son into IU Bloomington for his freshman year. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. They had everything we needed to feel like a home away from home. It is close to the dorms in NW campus and the stadiums, so it is a great spot for visits and attending games. Can’t wait to do that in the future! We’ll definitely be back!

Campus Cottage

This cozy cottage is beautifully decorated, well equipped with everything we needed, and clean. Management was easy to work with and the house itself and information regarding the house was all very organized. Great location in lovely Bloomington!

The home was beautifully maintained and quaint with great touches of fun from the awesome vinyl collection to the hot cocoa station to the hot tub. Wonderful location for any Bloomington stay. Great communication and engagement from the host. Highly recommend!

Winter getaway

This was a great area for a quick long weekend getaway. The house was very cute and in a nice area. However, this is an older house in an older neighborhood, just to set expectations. It was very convenient walk to the restarants and shops even in the winter.

Beautiful house!

We stayed at this property for a football weekend and it was perfect. Easy walk to the stadium and a wonderful setup for our family to visit with our son who is an IU student. The house is exactly as pictured and very comfortable. We enjoyed all of the amenities provided by the hosts. We'll be back!

Short stay for IU Basketball Camp

We were in town for the two day IU basketball camp, this house was in a great location and the accommodations were great. The host was responsive organized. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this one was one of our best experiences.

Awesome experience!

We loved staying here. There was plenty enough room for the two of us and our small dog Elvis. Our son, an IU freshman, stayed Saturday night too. He enjoyed the space too. Hot tub was awesome and an added bonus!

Christmas away from home

Nice older home with lots of amenities! Very close to everything! The owners were very attentive to all our needs and even went way above to make it a special stay by having a hot cocoa station and chocolates out for a special treat. The home was extra clean and had nice linens.
