The main house features 5 well-appointed bedrooms, each exuding elegance and comfort. Additionally, a private 1-bedroom guest suite provides a secluded space for visiting friends or family members.

Step outside into your own personal oasis, complete with a heated pool and spa, perfect for year-round relaxation and rejuvenation. The sun loungers and patio misting system offer a delightful respite from the Arizona sun. Enjoy al fresco dining and entertaining on the large covered patio, equipped with a mounted TV for outdoor entertainment. The outdoor space is designed with entertainment in mind, featuring a fire pit sitting area where you can gather with loved ones and share stories under the starry sky. Please note sq footage of guest house is included in total sq footage of home and is included in the bedroom and bathroom count. The sleeping accommodations consist of 1 queen bed, 2 full size sofa sleepers, and room darkening blinds. Separate office with desk & monitor (vga connector).

Casago House Rules

** Security Camera Disclosure ** This home has a doorbell camera, a camera facing the front entryway/driveway of the home, and cameras on the side of the house.

Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 6 bedroom has a $275 utility allowance per 30 days ($9.17 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $275 utility cap. Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

**There is an additional cost to heat the pool. Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature **

Perfect for family reunions!
I am a grandparent who just wanted to get the whole family together. This large, comfortable home had something for everyone. Plenty of room, great outdoor space with all kinds of activities, and great location! Close to golf courses, museums, hiking trails, restaurants etc. We all loved our stay!

Annual AZ Golf Trip
Property was beautiful and great for 8 of us to stay. Each of us had our own room and bathroom. Close to all the courses we played and close to great places to eat. We weren’t at the house much but there is plenty to do there. Loved the pool and hot tub after golf.

Great house for large groups
We had a great time at the house. It's plenty large for any group gatherings and we were very comfortable having 6 adults stay at the property. We would definitely rent this property again.

Needs for decor
The property was really nice however it fell short with how it was decorated. It had very few decorations and minimal furniture which didn't create a home like feeling. It felt cold and sterile. For the money we spent to rent this property we felt it could have been decorated to feel like a home.
