2/25/22 After some very helpful feedback from guests, we have put some new window coverings in the bedroom. They are better at blocking out the light.

Kalanikai really is the most beautiful place to stay, with gorgeous Hawaiian greenery everywhere you look. Spend a relaxing day laying out at the saltwater pool, or grill out at our BBQ area, where everything you need is readily available.

Our remodeled condo is located on the first floor, with assigned parking directly in front of the unit, so you won't have to drag your luggage up a bunch of stairs!
Inside the condo, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. There is a large, welcoming living area with a 55” smart ROKU TV capable of streaming Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc... There is a super comfortable oversized sofa bed, which can pull out into a king-sized bed when needed. There is also air conditioning in the main living area to help you relax and stay comfortable after a long day of sunbathing at the beach. Our spacious lanai (balcony), overlooks a beautiful grassy area, which offers a feeling of privacy. From the screened lanai you will also enjoy a peek-a-boo view of the ocean and the Mokuaikaua Church steeple, which is the oldest Christian church in Hawaii. You can even hear the church bells from the lanai every Sunday morning.
The spacious bedroom has a California King-sized bed with a super comfortable pillow-top mattress. There is a 2nd 55" ROKU TV available in the bedroom, capable of streaming any platform you may use (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV Ect..). The saltwater pool is just a couple doors down from the unit, so it's not a big deal if you forget something inside or need to refill your drink.

Kalanikai is generally a quiet place to stay, and the concrete walls help to keep typical condo noise down.

We have worked hard to add special touches to our condo, to give you the most enjoyable stay possible. Little extras include: a complimentary bottle of wine and coffee available for you to drink. We supply beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, beach towels, a small cooler, a cooler/beach bag, and snorkeling gear. We also have high speed fiberoptic WiFi because we know those little things really matter.

*PLEASE NOTE* We charge an extra $10 per each additional guest, over 2 guests. This charge covers the cost of extra cleaning, utilities, and linens. We will provide extra blankets, sheets, beach towels, and bath towels when guest register for more than 2 guests. Mahalo.

Other things to note
The location of the condo in downtown Kailua Kona is walking distance to shops, restaurants and the ocean! Because of the prime location and shared outdoor areas with other guests visiting Hawaii, typical downtown noise should be expected at times.
