- Large Private Pool which can be heated for an additional fee for reservations October to April. Must be ordered in advance of your arrival as it does take at least 24 hours for the pool to reach the optimal temp of 83-85 degrees
- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction.
- Access to a 6-Seater LSV (golf cart). Must be a licensed/insured driver and sign a waiver for access to the LSV.
- Fenced in pool area with AstroTurf landscaping
- Private elevator which travels to floors 1- 3. Adult use only. Please ask for details regarding mobility considerations for anyone in your group.
