Lake Memories Last a Lifetime!! Prime Lake of the Ozarks property located right off Horseshoe Bend Parkway and the 2 MM by water. Gorgeous lakefront condo features 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, WALK-IN access from parking lot (no steps to enter), 12 x 32 boat slip located directly in front of the unit and an elevator to take you to ground level. There are THREE pools and TWO hot tubs on the property with a boardwalk lining the lake - two of the pools overlook the main channel and have loungers and grills for you to utilize. This unit has all the conveniences and comfort of your home since it's our home away from home. Living Room, Kitchen and Dining features an open concept with an island and plenty of seating for everyone! Owners bedroom features a super comfy king sized bed with luxury linens, an en suite with a jacuzzi tub/shower, walk-in closet for your use (complete with hangers and iron and board). Second bedroom offers a bunk bed setup with queen bed and full bed over and also has a walk-in closet. Luxury linens for beds, luxury towels and hand soap for bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen including basic spices, condiments, plenty of cookware, a variety of drink glasses and a Cuisinart K cup coffee maker with K cups provided. A bar with bar accessories and a variety of bar drinkware is located in the black cabinet in the kitchen/dining area. There is a laundry room with a washer & dryer, plus full laundry and cleaning supplies for your use. Property is conveniently located near several lakefront dining options accessible by water or land, fine dining, grocery stores and the Bagnell Dam Strip. **NOTE** There is NO trailer parking on the property between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Strictly enforced! There is also no boat launch, so you'll need to make arrangements at a nearby marina or the state park.

Very Enjoyable Stay

This is a great condo to stay at for a short or long getaway. Monarch Cove is a great location close to dining and entertainment. The owners obviously take pride in their condo. Everything was clean and in great shape. Would definitely stay here again.

We gifted the condo stay to a friend as a retirement gift. She and her family enjoyed the property. It had all they needed for the weekend and was easy to get to. They enjoyed a relaxing weekend.

Great lake weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo, very nice accommodations that exceeded our expectation! Clean and comfortable! Fantastic deck to enjoy the mornings and evenings on. We used two of the pools for lazy afternoons. Jamie was a fantastic host and are looking forward to another stay!

Updated-Clean-Spacious Condo with a view!

This condo is VERY nice! All the furniture was very comfortable. This condo was immaculate! Very clean, smelled good, and was updated very nicely. Although we didn’t cook here it had everything in the kitchen that you would need. The deck and view were amazing! The pools and hot tubs were great too! We enjoyed hanging out here and can’t wait to re-book! The owner was also very nice 😁

Super clean and well appointed-great lake access

The property was very well stocked with what appeared to be all new linens, towels, etc. Nice view of lake and great access to a covered slip, right below the property. Elevator made day trips to and from the boat much easier than most. Brought our boat from another lake location and it worked out very well.

Girls trip

Our stay was just perfectly carefree and comfortable. Everything you need is already in the fashionably decorated condo. No steps to enter made it so easy to move in and out and it was so quiet, we heard no one in other units at all. Loved the spacious deck overlooking the lake. I highly recommend this and hope to return.

Lake Trip

We had a wonderful time! The condo is so relaxing and comfortable. We walked in and felt like we were at home. The condo also had everything we needed, even beach towels!! We made our trip for my husbands birthday and Jamie had amazing recommendations for places to eat. She had fun suggestions for places the kids would enjoy too. Thank you Jamie and Kevin!

Everything was great except the 2nd toilet overflowed. I also emailed on the day we checked in that the smoke detector needed a battery so it beeped the whole week. We also told maintenance about the light off on the front porch and master closet. All minor things. All in all it was a great week

My husband and I live in a suburb of St. Louis and I grew up going to the Lake of the Ozarks as a kid, so it's a second home to me. We enjoy boating, fishing, traveling, spending time with friends and family but our favorite is spending time with out granddaughter!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We choose Monarch Cove for several reasons. We love the convenient location to wonderful restaurants, sight seeing, activities for couples and families but we especially love the convenience of a walk in unit and the closeness of the boat slip. Not to mention the elevators, three pools and the immaculate upkeep of the resort.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I think the fact that it's a walk in unit (no stairs from the parking lot) and the boatslip is located directly in front of the unit. Another unique amenity is that it is a fully functional property. You can do your laundry (Tide and Bounce provided), beach towels are provided, all linens including sheets and towels are new and the kitchen is ready to cook in with upgraded cooking tools and serving wear.
