Kitchen and Dining Area
The open concept kitchen features newly updated granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and a coffee bar with a drip and K cup coffee maker. There is a formal dining area with seating for six.

Living Room
The living area features a reclining couch and sectional, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the lakeview balcony.

Master Suite
The master suite features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, a dresser, a flat screen TV, and a door with access onto the balcony. Double doors open into the master bathroom which features a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features two twin-sized beds, a dresser, closet, and a flat screen TV. There is a queen-sized air mattress in the closet.

Outside
Out on the lakefront balcony you will find a patio table with seating for four, two accent chairs, and a gas BBQ grill! Enjoy lake and pool views from the 4th floor.

Neighborhood Description
The Monarch Cove complex features 3 pools, two hot tubs, and a community dock. This complex is centrally located on Horseshoe Bend in Lake Ozark, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach, and tons of lakefront bars and restaurants including JB Hooks, Baxter’s, Shady Gators, H-Toads, Backwater Jacks, Dock Knockers and so much more. There are also boat rentals nearby! EV charging is available just 5 minutes away at Dierbergs and Hy-Vee.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
