We enjoyed our stay. The distance to the beach was very close, and a very beautiful beach. Totally enjoyed the area and will definitely visit again.

Beach House Bliss

We had the best time here. It was in a great location and so beautifully decorated. We are so thankful for dog friendly places. Bernie loved it, too.

Great home and service.

House was comfortable and spacious. Clean was very good. The house has a golf cart made getting to beach simple. The bonfire included was my kids favorite part!

First vist! Perfection

First visit to the area! Great property with a ton of space for all of our party. Large community areas (kitchen and family room) were great for gathering on our down time. Also, very close to Rosemary downtown area with great restaurants! 30a beach girls is amazing, they hold bonfires included with your reservation and were available whenever we had questions. Overall a perfect adventure!

Perfect 30--A Vacation Rental!

Perfect!!! This property worked perfectly for our needs. We had 11 people staying between the ages of 3 months and 72, and everyone had a wonderful time! The home was spotless, inviting and comfortable, and the beach close by was the perfect place to relax and let the kids play. Location was no more than 10 minutes from all the major tourist attractions and restaurants. Spent an amazing day in Seaside! We lived the included bonfire kids and adults all had a great time! I highly recommend this property!

The house was absolutely stunning! I brought my mom here to get some fresh air after her mom (my grandma) died. She said she has never stayed somewhere as beautiful and clean as this property. She was able to relax and clear her head this weekend. We had trouble getting one of the blinds down when we first arrived and maintenance showed up within 15 minutes to fix them. I was very impressed at their prompt response. The house is pet friendly. The location is quiet and you can watch the sunrise from the front porch in the mornings. I wouldn't recommend walking to the beach due to the busy highway but it is a fast drive and there was plenty of parking at the beach access. We saw plenty of younger crowds crossing the highway I just wouldn't personally do it with my young kids. Locking the doors took a little bit to figure out but there are instructions on the side of the door. You lift the handle to lock and that's it, super simple once we figured it out. I would 100% stay here again. It is a very well maintained beautiful home that you can tell they put lots of thought into what guests would need. Thank you for helping my mom and our family ease our time of grieving.

Mixed Experience: Potential with Some Drawbacks

I stayed here over New Year's, hoping it could be a spot for future family trips. Unfortunately, while the location has potential, the experience was underwhelming. The listing claims the property is "three blocks from the beach," but this is deceiving. You must cross a busy highway to reach the beach, making it far less convenient than described.Cleanliness was a major concern. One bedroom had visible dirt and hair on the headboard, which could have been resolved with proper vacuuming. This made me question the overall upkeep. The walls had blemishes that could be fixed with a simple paint touch-up, and there were stains on the bed coverings and furniture cushions. Additionally, the coffee grinder was broken, and the water from the faucets had an unpleasant burnt hair odor.There are extra steps for bike use, like signing a waiver during limited hours (9–5), which felt inconvenient on vacation. Also, be aware that pets aren’t allowed on nearby beaches unless you own property in the area, a detail that wasn’t clear upfront.I contacted the host on the first day, but my stance is that these issues should be resolved before guests arrive, not during their stay. While I appreciate the likely response of, "we could have resolved this if contacted," it’s not ideal to spend part of a vacation addressing problems that could have been proactively handled.This property has potential, but significant improvements are needed.
