We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The condo was very clean, fully furnished, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our trip. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish, which made check-in and our stay very easy.The walk to the beach was a little farther than expected, but it was absolutely worth it for how quiet and peaceful the condo area was. The security staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.The fishing nearby was fantastic, and we loved being within walking distance to several great restaurants and local spots. Overall, this was a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway, and we would definitely stay here again!

Everything was well run. The unit was as expected (clean and located nicely). Owner and local management were very accomodating. We would strongly recommend for a Siesta Key vacation.

We had the best time and this is a great location. The facility is amazing with private pool, spa and beach access everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The unit was wonderful and a great location for the Siesta Key and Sarasota area. We will definitely be back.

Owner communicated very well. The property is clean and has all you need. The beach is out of this world with plenty of lounge chairs. The pool and hot tub are warm and spaces. Enjoyed our stay!

This unit is in the first building, it’s a bit of a walk to the pool area and beach. The condo itself was clean, beds were comfortable, the screened in patio was nice, washers and dryers on each floor.Condo does not have a beach view but trees block the road view and keep patio cool in the evenings. The complex is well kept, there is on site security at all times. The complex offers beach lounge chairs, and has a company that offers umbrella service as well. No need to pack your own chairs or umbrella umbrellas.Host was responsive and easy to work with

We also really appreciate you mentioning the layout—just to give future travelers a helpful frame of reference, our unit is set back a bit for some extra evening privacy, but it’s still only a quick 600-foot walk from our front door to the pool, and just another 400 feet past that until your toes are right in the sand! Great spot right in the main area of Siesta Key. Gary was wonderful to communicate with and the place was as advertised (comfy beds too btw). Very Walkable (5 min) to the south end restaurants / bars

Siesta Key Relaxation

Rental unit is very nice, clean, and well equipped. The pool and grounds are very nice as well. The general deck area was great to watch the sunset from. We had a very enjoyable week!

Great stay

Very nice stay here. We loved the futon in the master bedroom. Great spot for our toddler to sleep since she refused the pack n play we brought. Big fridge for all the snacks and food you need at the beach. Little walk to the beach but loved the second floor.

Gorgeous property

Friendly neighborhood, office staff Clean facilities everything as decribed in the listing very nice pool the condo had nice comfortable beds, I would stay there next time. Thankyou so much.

LOVE this condo!

I love to travel and look for budget-friendly options. This condo surpassed all my expectations. The updated condo was wonderful. I usually do not sleep when traveling but this master bed mattress was the MOST COMFORTABLE bed I think I have ever slept in while traveling. Easy walk to the beach and pool areas. Quiet and peaceful setting. I would recommend this condo to everyone!
