Notre unité est au quatrième étage d'un immeuble de 4 étages avec des plafonds voûtés spacieuses offrant des vues spectaculaires du Golfe. Profitez de toutes les commodités Siesta Dunes Beach Condominiums a à offrir: tennis, sauna, bain à remous, piscine d'eau salée, une terrasse large avec des chaises longues, des tables et aires de barbecue. This property was super clean with all of the comforts of home. The kitchen had everything you would possibly need and the view was breathtaking. This was our first time visiting Siesta Key and Tom answered all of our questions even before we arrived. We will be back!

Perfect Location

Great location of the condo. Just as pictured. Clean and well stocked with items if needed. Quiet. We enjoyed our week and loved the beach. Our 3rd trip to Siesta Key and this is the best place we have stayed. Owner is helpful and friendly. Will stay here again.

Fantastic as usual

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was as wonderful as the first time. All aspects from check in to check out are easy and convenient. Facilities at Siesta Key are top notch and the property is lush and tropical. The condo itself is immaculate and well cared for with all the amenities you need for a week on the beach. I highly recommend and will be back!

Beautiful Beach

Tom was a fantastic host. He responded promptly to any text or emails. The condo was very well stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Very well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect and the view SPECTACULAR. Trolley stop right by the condo entrance. Checkin and checkout process was easy. Thank you so much!! We will definitely be back

We had the best time at this beautiful condo in Siesta Key! Everything was cleaned to perfection, the owner cared and communicated with us to ensure we didn’t have any problems. Best customer service I have ever had renting a VRBO. Oh, and did I mention unobstructed views of the ocean from the main living area and the master? Great place. Great people. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very Comfortable!

We enjoyed a most relaxing week in this wonderful condo with four adults. The view of the ocean and the condo complex is truly spectacular. The condo itself is updated and spacious, the remodeled kitchen is well-stocked and very well lit. The natural palette furnishings are in great condition making it easy to relax. The most pleasant surprise was that everything in this property was in working order! Kudos to Tom, the owner, who was terrific in his communications and property maintenance. The complex was well-maintained and the staff very helpful. We definitely plan on returning for another week.

Beautiful beach and pristine property

The private beach at Siesta Dunes was perfect for our family escape. It was clean, safe and far less crowded than other properties in the area. The property was immaculate with updates throughout. The kitchen has updated appliances and everything you need to have a meal in the condo. That said there were lots of great restaurants nearby with fresh local fish which we really enjoyed. The owner was in regular contact before and during our stay to ensure our expectations were met. Siesta Dunes is a great choice for a fun, safe family vacation.

Spectacular!

We just returned from a weeks stay at this property at Siesta Dunes. Some family issues necessitated a trip to the area so we extended our stay in Sarasota with a week in paradise. Great communication with the owner Tom from the start. You cannot beat the location and amenities at Siesta Dunes. Beautiful grounds, great location just 10 minutes to downtown area, awesome pool and the ability to litterally walk onto the most beautiful beach in America. The unit was spotless and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. All this with a million dollar view with spectacular sunsets. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great beach vacation. 25 minutes to Sarasota Airport and close to Longboat Key and Anna Maria.Island. Great area and so much to do. We will definitely be returning to Siesta Dunes as soon as possible. 6-stars!!!

Siesta Dunes Vacation

This is our 2nd year staying at this property and in this unit and it’s perfect for our family’s needs. The owner is very attentive, super responsive to any requests/texts/emails and resolves any issues quickly. From booking to departure, everything was planned out perfectly without any hiccups and we hope to extend our stay next year even longer as 7 days just wasn’t enough!

Amazing Siesta Stay

From initial booking all the way through the end of our stay, Tom was so communicative and helpful. The condo has a spectacular Gulf view and is steps to the magnificent white sand beach. Updates kitchen, cozy beds, and living area made us feel right at home.

Amazing!

Amazing condo with breathtaking views, Tom the owner was excellent to work with, he made the whole process seamless. The condo was beautiful and we had everything we needed for a wonderful week. The location of the condo was a very short walk to the beautiful powdery white sands of Siesta Beach. My family and I are already planning our trip next year.

Breathtaking views and a little slice of heaven!

We had an amazing time at Tom's Siesta Key/Siesta Dunes condo! The views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach from the condo are outstanding! Pictures do not do it justice. The condo was spotless and very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great. There were plenty of towels. The condo was close to the elevator and the laundry room. The grounds at Siesta Dunes are beautiful. The pool and hot tub were great. Tom was a great communicator and very responsive to any questions. This is an absolutely amazing place to stay! We had a wonderful time!!

Million dollar views

We stayed at Toms for 1st week of Aug. Tom is easy to contact and responsive. I would stay at Toms condo again with my husband, 4 year old and 20 month old. We had a wonderful time and it had many positive. The best part of our stay is the private beach, the condos view and condos convinent location to restaurants, beach, pool, elevator and washer/dry. He seemed to have everything we would need in the condo like a pack and play, fan, toddler bed rail, towels, and tv in every room. Only negative part of our stay would be the king beds comfort. Its caved in and needs replaced. The twin beds were comfortable- felt like a medium firm tempur pedic.

Siesta Dunes - First Timers

We stayed at Siesta Dunes for a week on July 23, 2022. The location was perfect, the condo was spectacular and we were extremely sad to have returned to reality. Siesta Dunes, and in particular, this condo were exactly what we were looking for. The condo was spotless, very spacious, had an incredible view that we took in every morning and during every afternoon storm. The bed was comfortable and all the amenities needed available and ready for use. Everyone on site was very friendly and accommodating with any requests we had. Before checking out, we were already planning our return for next year. Thank you to Tom and his family for such a wonderful stay!

Scott Family Siesta Key Dunes Review

We really enjoyed the location and the property. The only items we did not necessarily enjoy was no music at the pool or coolers inside the fenced in pool area. We understand the why behind it but many of the guests we met felt it was a little much as there wasn't anyone creating any rukus. Pool was very clean and the property was very well kept up and the security presence was much appreciated. The condo was very clean and amenities offered with the online booking were spot on. The office staff was exceptional to work with and assisted us as needed. Again, we thank you Tom for your responsiveness with booking the condo and asking questions as needed and mailing the keys in a timely fashion. We would definitely stay here again. The only items we wished the condo had were ceiling fans and an enclosed porch from the rest of the condo to be able to open the windows to hear the beautiful ocean:) Sincerely, The Scott Family

The best week ever!!!!!

This vacation and condo were just what me and my husband needed! The condo was absolutely spotless and had everything you would need for a very comfortable week! Tom the owner was great! Even texted to check on us to be sure we didn't need anything! This was our first visit to the Siesta Key area and we will def be back! We will def stay in the exact same condo! It was wonderful! And just the trip we needed! Until next time!
