The second and third bedrooms share a full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and custom-built bunk beds. The third bedroom/office has a queen bed and large work surface with dual monitors and docking station. Washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor.

The beach is a leisurely bike ride down 5th Ave., but you may never want to leave this backyard oasis (we rarely do because you have everything you need here). The spacious pool house opens up to the pool and the beautifully landscaped yard. The pool house has a custom bar, two wall mounted TV’s, vaulted ceiling, and plenty of seating.
