Overall place is great and is very clean. We had some issues with pool and hot tub but the owner was able to make it right. Good neighborhood and good location.

Lovely home felt like an oasis

Nice home, well stocked, very comfortable and roomy located in great neighborhood. Loved the pool and back patio. Really felt like an urban oasis! Oh and host was great.

Great house and great neighborhood

We spent 4 nights here and had everything we needed! Easy to get in touch with the owner and she helped us with pool not being heated and even refunded us since we couldn’t get it heated until last day. Great location and close to everything. Hope to come back!!Karyn

Beautiful house, clean and well equipped with everything you pretty much need! We had a little bit of a problem with heating the pool and spa but property manager was very attentive with the situation and easy to get in touch with! I highly recommend and will be staying again

Barbara is very communicative and available when you need her. Her home is wonderful. Big beds and lots of space. The pool is awesome and I loved the water features! It was exactly what I was looking for trying to take a break from regular life.

Great property! Great owner!

Beautiful, quiet location. Close to many restaurants and stores. House was perfect for us. Large enough for 6 adults even though it was just 2 of us. Owner thought of everything you could possibly need. Communication with owner was excellent. We couldn't figure out the pool heater at first but owner helped us and then the temp was perfect. Gorgeous pool and hot tub. Can't say enough good things about this property! Totally recommend!

Family Get-Together

My husband and I rented this property with my two sisters and their husbands for a small family get-together with our parents who live close by. The property was very spacious, and we got to enjoy both the indoor and outdoor living areas. Should the need arise to rent another place in Peoria, AZ we would definitely check availability with this property.

Here for a wedding

The house was even better than the pictures. So clean and inviting. Comfortable beds and furniture throughout. The pool was amazing. We used it the first day as a plunge pool to ease our achy joints. The second full day the pool was warm and hot tub was amazing. Just needed time to heat up!

Spring training

the property was wonderful . . . as comfortable and spacious as being at our own home. The property was incredibly well-supplied with all the essentials, and actually went above and beyond in providing items rarely included in a VRBO rental. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and the proximity to the New River trail was really plus for morning walks and e-bike rentals. And of course, the pool and spa were the perfect way to end an enervating day of hiking, biking, and baseball. All in all, a truly wonderful experience.

Baseball Familys

The house was perfect for our 2 families. The pool was refreshing after the long baseball days. The house was equipped with everything and more in the kitchen. The furniture was very comfortable. It felt like a home you would live in not a home you’re renting. I’ll be staying at this location every time we return. Huge thank you for the hospitality. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Baseball Travelers Getaway

We stayed at this property for my son's baseball tournament. It was clean, decorated nicely and provided all of the amenities we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities including cooking oil, seasonings, and some condiments in the fridge. The beds were comfy and the couches were comfortable. The outdoor living space was great with a nice outdoor lounge set in the shade, the pool was nice to cool off in. All in all, a great place to stay and I would book it again. 4 minutes from Sunrise Mountain High School and 8 minutes to Peoria Sports Complex.
