Welcome to SW Florida & this Stunning vacation home in Beautiful Punta Gorda FL where your fun in the sun begins, whether it's a group of friends traveling, visiting family, a couples getaway or even just in town on a business trip this vacation home has the perfect comforts of home & is a short 15 min to Charlotte beach Park, less then 5 min to the Deep Creek Golf course & within 15 min to a few other golf courses, 10 min to downtown Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte Harbor & a quick 4 min from I-75, the famous Fisherman's Village & Marina along with Sunset Beach/Tiki Bar & waterside restaurants are 10 min away.
Our home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath with 13 ' ceilings throughout.
The interior has an open floor plan with plenty of light from the many windows & sliding entrances, enjoy breakfast inside or out poolside listening to music of your choice on the 65" outdoor TV, cook your favorite meals in our well stocked kitchen & when it's time to relax retire to the Large
Master bedroom w/ a king bed & a 4" mattress topper , a 55" TV & a walk in closet. The Master bdrm has a private entrance to the lanai and swimming pool as well as a spacious en suite private bath w/ walk in shower, large tub, double vanity, make up counter w/ chair & magnified lighted make up mirror.
Bedroom # 2 has a queen bed, closet, dresser w/ mirror, night stand, and a 55" TV.
Bedroom # 3 has a queen bed, closet, dresser w/ mirror, night stand, and a 43" TV.
2nd bathroom is a full bath with shower. Located between bedrooms #2 & #3.
3rd bathroom is a half bath out on the Lanai poolside w / outside shower for rinsing.
The sitting room has a Queen size futon / bed and a 65" TV, w/ a view of the pool and lanai & is perfect for extra guests or children wanting something different on the TV.
All TV's offer Free movies & you can stream your favorite apps from home,
Wireless free internet, washer & dryer in house for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include the large covered lanai, 6' deep pool on one side w/ screen enclosure, palm trees, Lime tree, pool floats , Loungers, outdoor furniture , pool side shower, pool side bathroom, gas grill, and outside 65 " TV.

parking for 4 cars in the driveway. ( NO Lawn parking allowed we have a sprinkler system that would get damaged) .

Shades of Summer is centrally located to everything Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte have to offer, Fort Meyers 25 min away, Cape Coral 35 minutes away.
A great selection of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby Beaches ! 13 minutes from Punta Gorda Airport, Minutes from Port Charlotte, and 10 minutes to the Marina at Fisherman's Village, where you will find fishing excursions, shopping, restaurants, and other boating activities offered.
15 minutes to Ponce De Leon picnic and beach area. The Peace River is minutes away and you can see dolphins here regularly. Destination Accommodations Welcomes you and your family/friends to Sunny Southwest Florida. check in is at 3pm & check out is 11am, we do not do late check outs if a guest is coming in that same day & early check ins can be arranged but not guaranteed if a guest is checking out on the same day , the pool is heated from December through end of April. we don't charge for pool heat.

A rental agreement is required to rent this property as well as a minimum age of 25 yrs old, a current DL or state issued ID is required for age verification purpose, the Rental agreement will be sent through email,

The home has security cameras outside overlooking the driveway & entire front of the property, also rear cameras facing the 2 lanai entrance gates only away from the pool area, we have one camera inside the garage overlooking all 3 enttry doors & one at the front door which is a doorbell camera as well, all cameras are motion activated for security purposes, although we do not actively monitor the cameras we may receive alerts. This is a very well maintained pet free & smoke free home. smoking is allowed on the outside only. January, February & March require 30 day min rentals. Any shorter stays would not be concidered until the 10th day of the previous month if the month was still not booked. Stays shorter then 30 days in January, February & March would have check in restrictions limited to Saturdays & Sundays & require a full 7, 14, or 21 days if not booked for 30 days. calendar pricing is for 30 day rentals in January through March, anything shorter would have a different rate then listed.
