This elevated home on the bayou is tucked snugly into the trees. It has a gentle sway to it, as is the nature of these types of homes. The house has two bedrooms furnished with queen beds, two full sized bathrooms, a spacious open concept living area with a sofa bed, a fully stocked kitchen, and a large balcony overlooking the water. You can launch your boat directly from the front yard! There is also a small fishing dock in the front yard. You will have access to private covered parking.

Other things to note
**The house is about 18ft off the ground, so you will need to climb stairs and be able to carry your luggage, equipment, etc. up them.

The house has a certain "sway" to it, which is normal for this type of house!


Kitchen:
Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply coffee, as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook. My only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving.

Heating:
The property has an air conditioner and heater located in the living room. Please ensure you switch off prior to check out.

Noise:
As neighbours surround our property and sound travels on the water, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 9pm if possible.

Laundry:
There is a laundry and dryer available for you to use. You may leave linens and towels however you like and we will collect and clean them when you leave.

Trash: Our natural surroundings attracts lots of pests and wildlife. Please do not litter outdoors. Please be sure to take your trash to the trash can located below the building prior to check out.


Pets:. We allow pets as long as you tell us prior to arrival. We ask that you control any barking, dispose of pet waste appropriately, leash at all times while outdoors. Keep in mind, stairs may be difficult for some dogs to climb. Our pet cleaning fee is $25.

Notify us immediately of any property damage.

Please do not dispose of any items belonging within or outside the house. Notify us if anything becomes damaged or soiled.

Please remove footwear prior to entry.

Please do not interact with the wildlife and please do not feed them.
