We had a wonderful time on our winter getaway. The house was fantastic. It was comfortable, cozy and warm. All the amenities worked perfectly. The shuttle service into town and the ski resorts was awesome. We would definitely go back and stay there again. It was a great experience for my wife and our children.

The house and bedrooms/bathrooms were all very clean. The beds were all very comfortable! Communication was very good and loved, loved, loved the shuttle to/from the mountain, and the website with all the info! The only thing I will say is the one bedroom is designated to sleep 8 people with 2 queen bunk beds. However there was only 1 dresser in that room. Not really enough room for all the "stuff" that 8 people would bring. Also the bathroom for those 8 people was the smallest in the house. We ended up having some cancelations, but if we hadn't, it would have been cramped! In addition, for a house marketed to sleep 14 people, I expected some larger mixing bowls, serving dishes and cooking pots/pans and utensils in the kitchen. These things aside, overall our stay was very good! We enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated being able to put the cars in the garage!

Location was great - I did not think there was any noise issues like other reviews stated. The number of bathrooms was excellent for a large group doing a long ski weekend (master bath, guest bath, powder room, and basement bath). Some negatives: the house was not the cleanest - especially the beds, which was not ideal. There were also so few towels in the house that it was an issue a few of the days we were there. The trash can in the kitchen simply doesn't work either. I know ski houses aren't perfect, but if the above issues were fixed, it would be a great experience!

House was as pictured and we enjoyed our stay. House could use some TLC…carpeting is worn, area rugs pulling up from floor were slippery, ceiling fans dusty. Main issue was traffic noise from the road and lack of black out shades in the bedrooms so light from cars came in. Also only space for 3 cars which I did not recall from listing…really should be listed with that info front and center. Hot tub was nice. Kitchen had a good assortment of gear and pleasant to cook in.

Great Weekend for Friends

We spent a long weekend here to celebrate a friend's wedding, and this location was perfect. Centrally located, very spacious and roomy, and the open-concept first floor allowed for all of us to gather and share laughs. The three different levels for sleeping allow for those who are hot when they sleep and cold when they sleep.. GREAT PLACE!

Great area - ok place

Place was clean but worn/a bit shabby in spots and under equipped kitchen basics - no kitchen cloths for wiping counters, the tiniest bottle of kitchen soap imaginable, old/small cooking pots, no matches, dull knives, etc. Place had a couple deck areas and *zero* chairs to sit outside except for some old metal folding chairs in the garage. Very loud as next to two busy streets. The hot tub was exceptionally clean and towels were fresh - but not the comfiest of beds either. Be prepared for LOTS of rules but not much offered beyond the very basics of a Mtn rental. We’ve stayed in better / more hospitable places in Steamboat for the same price.

We appreciate your notes regarding the kitchen supplies, cookware, knives, and outdoor seating. This is incredibly helpful, and we’ve already begun reviewing and updating the kitchen inventory and replacing worn or outdated items. We are also adding proper outdoor seating to ensure guests can enjoy the deck areas comfortably. We apologize as well for the noise from nearby streets and the comfort of the beds. While some factors are outside our control, we are exploring ways to improve the overall guest experience, including evaluating bedding and looking into additional sound-mitigating options. Regarding the house rules, our goal is always to provide clarity—not overwhelm guests—so we’ll be reviewing those communications to ensure they remain helpful and reasonable. We truly appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us identify where improvements are needed. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future so we can provide a more comfortable and welcoming stay that reflects the level of hospitality you expect in Steamboat.

We really enjoyed this property. Great location, loved the hot tub, had enough room for everyone. Very clean, had the basics for cooking. We did think it would have been nice to have some outdoor furniture for enjoying the patio. But overall very nice olace. We enjoyed!

Steamboat for the win

We wanted laid back and relaxing with some adventure sprinkled in. We got amazing views, hiking, kayaking, shopping, spots to relax by the river, and yummy eats! House was perfect for us with plenty of room to come together or retreat for alone time. My only suggestion would be to add a inflatable kayak or paddle board in the garage. Thanks for a great vacay!

The Perfect Family Holiday Get-Away!

This property was the perfect rental for our family Christmas vacation! We had a group of 8, including 2 children. This cozy home easily accommodated our group with plenty of space. There were so many perks to this charming place, from the number of bedrooms & private baths to the well-stocked kitchen, the use of a new washer & dryer, gas fireplace, and the relaxing hot tub. It was extremely clean, which is very high on my expectations list. The location of this property was perfect! It was close to downtown and the ski slopes. We would definitely rent this property again!

Lovely Home!

The property is spacious and comfortable, and we loved the hot tub. The inside of the house was really clean, but there were quite a few cigarette butts and a pair of boxer shorts on the deck. I picked them up because I know it's a non-smoking property, and I didn't want to get blamed. The location is convenient to stores and restaurants, but there is quite a bit of traffic noise early in the morning. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

-Hot Tub lid is broken- The washer and dryer are also in really bad shapeThere really isn’t enough beds for more than 8 to 10 adults. Great house

The house was great and just as described, except the fireplace was not working, not a big deal. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was wonderful and it fit our large group wonderfully. The shuttle option is amazing, such an awesome thing they offer. The check in process of having to go to their office is a bit annoying. It seems with Keycode entrance maybe there is a way to change this as with most rentals you just get a code day of in a message.

Nice place!

This home was very clean, comfortable and had plenty of space. The interior had all kitchen and linen and laundry items one would need. I was expecting a gas grill on property to make feeding my large family easier, however, this is not an option on this property, per management. Also, know in advance that you will have street noise if you like to open windows and also when enjoying the hot tub. The exterior of the home property is close to the road and small. This is over all a very nice home.
