Excellent Stay Right on the Beach!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house right on the beach! The house fit 5 adults and one toddler perfectly, and we had room to spread out. We spent alot of time on the screened in back patio and upper deck, both with amazing views of the bay. We loved watching the low and high tides, and you can walk really far on the sand during low tide. We enjoyed an amazing dinner at JP's on the Wharf, which is right down the road. Highly recommend this house, it feels very private and it's the closest one to the water!

What a great beachfront property. All the amenities you would want from a beach house and a location that is hard to beat. The house isn’t just on the beach, it’s literally on top of it. It has all the amenities you would hope for in a VRBO and then add a full house speaker system, an elaborate shower, and laundry. It’s not a matter of IF, but WHEN will we visit Karen’s house again in the future! Highly recommended.

Excellent, peaceful family trip

Clean and comfortable home with everything we needed to cook for a family of eight. Perfect for families with young kids. We really liked the privacy at this place. Top and bottom floor decks are great outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful view.

I have nothing negative to say about our stay. Everything was perfect. It was something to do for everyone in my family. From board games to playing on the beach. It was so surreal and we are planning to book for next year.

Private getaway

Perfect place to get away. Private beach, perfect sunrises from the master. Had an incredible time just relaxing and listening to the waves crash. Loved it.

Bowers Beach House

This is a beautiful beach house, right on the water. Lots of amenities and upgrades. We loved the screened porch and upstairs deck. We were fine with the spiral stairs but they may be potentially challenging for some guests. The area is a little isolated and the beach was quiet in mid-October, which was perfect for us! I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Getaway

My family and I had an amazing time at Wind Song. This is a hidden gem. You are truly right on the water, yet don't have to deal with crowds of people. We were the only people on the beach at times! Karen was super responsive and provided a lot of great suggestions to make our stay even better. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to relax off the beaten path.

Right on the beach

What a great house! Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Incredible shower upstairs. Super quiet neighborhood. A real getaway. Outstanding water / beach views. Fantastic sunrise and sunset. We had our Grand children visit for a day and they had a blast exploring the beach. The water is very shallow and we could walk out a long ways with the kids with no worries. Can't wait to stay again.

Just amazing
 Rest and Recharge

Karen was professional, quick to respond, and so helpful. This beautiful home thoughtfully decorated is just steps from the water, with a fantastic beach for exploring, or just lazing the day away. The unobstructed views from both decks make this a very unique experience. The local restaurant was yummy and had a fun vib. Wind song is a perfect place to relaxing and recharge.

Vacation

The property is beautiful and exactly as described. This place is quiet relaxing and peaceful, we enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. My 3 yr old granddaughter was able to play in the water, build sandcastles and explore the beach. I would definitely come back. The only thing annoying was the mosquitoes and biting flies, bring a lot of bug repellent.

Relaxation

Karen was totally professional and available for all questions. Great instructions on how to enjoy the amenities of the home. Loved the shower and the views were phenomenal. Although there are other properties nearby, there was still a feeling of seclusion because this property is the closest to beach. Definitely coming back!!

Great location. Only house on the block that is literally right on the beach. The screened-in porch and upper deck are perfect for enjoying the beautiful view of the bay. During high tide, the water comes right up to the property, which was also cool. The only opportunity I would recommend is a disclaimer about the sulfur in the house water before booking. This was not mentioned until a couple days before check-in. I'm not sure if it's always like that, and we've never experienced such a thing, but the smell is nauseating. Even though it's mentioned that it's safe to cook or shower with, we did not want to cook with it because of how bad the smell was. My wife also refused to shower with it. Overall not bad.

A real treasure; the perfect easy beach house

Everything was as described! This place really felt like a home away from home. Sweeping views of the beach, beautiful sunrises and sunsets on a quiet stretch of the beach. The house was clean, perfectly decorated, sun-filled and organized in a very thoughtful and functional manner. It was perfect for our family, ages 79 to 13. Reasonable drive for groceries, etc. Having a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor was a big plus for us. We will be back!

Outstanding

Everything was AMAZING!! I couldn’t have asked for anything better for my families first vacation! Quiet, calming, and beautiful. From the attention to detail in the house design/decorating to the stock of disposable items (feminine care products even!), was just outstanding. Everything is a quick 10-15 min drive away. You will NEVER wake up mad here! We have found our vacation forever home! Thanks so much again and we can’t wait to book more trips!!

Beautiful view

The house is clean and has everything you might need. The views are spectacular. The screened in porch is so nice to have coffee on and look at the ocean. Karen was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. We are a family of 6 and easily fit in just two of the bedrooms. The smart tvs were great. We watched a lot of movies and played chess since it’s still very chilly out. It’s incredibly relaxing being so close to the ocean and watching the sunrise. We had a wonderful stay, and will definitely come back. Thanks again!

Peaceful and private

If you're looking for peace and quiet and a lovely place to unwind - this is it! The home was stocked with everything you may need. It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable and clean. Karen was helpful, accommodating and easily reached for any questions or problems that may occur. The town is very secluded, but you could walk or drive to a great restaurant if you don't feel like traveling or cooking. The weather was hot, sunny, windy and rainy. It didn't even matter because it was all beautiful! We got great pictures of sunrises, sunsets and empty beaches. Great walks in both directions. There was literally nothing to complain about! It was all great! Thank you Karen! Hopefully, we will arrange a return visit.
