Centered right in town, this apartment is convenient for all your needs. Bottom floor with a back and front patio, all appliances including a washer and dryer. Pet friendly with plenty of parking. Good for long and short term stays.
This is an older property built in 1888! Please be aware it has the quirks of an old house and do not expect it to be perfect. However it is comfortable, cozy, and should be enough to satisfy your needs!
Its a beautiful spatious apartment! My family and I enjoyed it to the fullest! The Host was excellent for helping and understanding of needing an extrntion!! Will book a stay again 100%
The apartment was clean, stocked with all you need and the location was just off the Main Street so stores and restaurants were walkable. Ample parking behind the unit. Comfortable bedrooms and furniture.
Great place to stay with pets. We have a large dog and a cat and there was plenty of room for all of us. Nice neighborhood with houses from the mid-1800s. Cute town.
The rental was nice and roomy. The rental itself was a little un kept. The furniture is old stained. The rental was a little dirty. The back parking lot was unkept and the porch area was dirty, windows and not cleaned well.
The place was clean- had a bedroom for everyone and was right in the middle.of the state. Perfect for us to travel around each direction. The only complaint would be 1 bedroom didnt have A/C and if it was really hot it could be a problem. The kitchen could use a bit more tools. 4.5 stars total.
Perfect location for visit with family in N. Brookfield
The property location was very convenient to our family in N. Brookfield. The space was clean and roomy. A little more information on site about tthe process for using the digital locks would be helpful. Also information about whether or not there would be guests in the upstairs unit would have been welcome.
This 1st level unit was perfect for us. Clean, linens provided, and stocked kitchen for a short stay. Paper towels would have been good to have by sink. Cell service is weak so the WiFi is critical-be sure to save your check-in details before you come to the area.
We were in town for our Niece's/Granddaughter's wedding. The accommodations were just right for me, my brother, 91 year old father and 1 year old little dog. We each had a nice size room with queen beds that had fresh sheets and towels. The living room was amble size with TV and a nice large kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with paper towel, coffee maker with filters, ironing board & iron and washer and dryer if needed. It was ideally located with a large convenience store right across the street and next to it was a nice restaurant with great food! Across the street one block away was a beautiful lake they call a pond with a little beach and lovely views. It had off street parking with some yard area for the little dog. Chris the owner was very responsive to a number of questions I had and very helpful and pleasant. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly this location in a quaint little historic town.
