The perfect location! Closest resort to SDC & one of the closest condos to the pool and hot tub (seasonally - generally open Memorial Day through Labor Day but please ask for opening/closing dates)!
We are Rega Stays and welcome to this beautifully decorated, perfectly located condo in Branson, featuring stunning views of Table Rock Lake! With 2 bedrooms, including a king master with an en suite bathroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa bed, this spacious condo can sleep up to 6 guests, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends. We even provide a pack-n-play for our littlest guests! Come relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury in this beautiful lakeside condo.
Step outside to the large, furnished private deck and enjoy stunning views of Table Rock Lake. Sip on your morning coffee while taking in the serene lake views or night cap with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset over the water.
The living room is great for lounging around after a day of exploring the area. Kick back and relax on the comfortable couch while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV or gather around the table for a board game competition with the kiddos. You'll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo.
The full kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You'll find modern stainless steal appliances, plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils to serve your meals.
Rega Stays also has plenty of centrally located outdoor amenities for you to enjoy including a seasonal swimming pool and hot tub (typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - please ask for exact dates), a sports court and a playground. We manage numerous single and sister properties (two condos next door to each other) within the resort, ranging from intimate spaces to sister condos that can sleep between 12-16 guests. With our portfolio of more than 20 condos at this resort, we can host very large groups, perfect for family reunions, church group or corporate retreats.
*Please note: Resort amenities are managed by the resort administration and their availability cannot be guaranteed by the host. Refunds can not be offered if the amenities are closed by the resort maintenance.
*No boat or trailer parking on-site but we do have an agreement with a local business for our guests to park in their gated area for $15/night. Please ask for more details.

Hi! I'm Ashley, founder of Rega Stays, and since we are grateful that you are considering our condo as a place to stay, I wanted to fill you in on who we are as your potential hosts.
First and foremost, we are a Christian family and we are proud of our faith. We (Scott and I) desire to instill this faith in our children and if successful, we would count this our lives' crowning achievement!
Our children, numerous as they are (7!), range in age from 3 to 22 and their individual personalities vary just as much. We have an artist (22), a singer (20), a softball/socialite (13), two baseball players (10 & 11), a gymnast (9) and âthe bossâ (3).
After years in the corporate finance world, I left office life to pursue my dream of hosting. Now I consider it an extreme honor to get to play even the smallest part in helping my guests enjoy their vacations! â€ïž Scott, also in corporate finance, balances his professional work with his passion for farming.
We love our sports enjoying Chiefs, Royals and Wildcat games with friends, family and BBQ. Our weekends are marked with these as we love to host at our crazy, loud and packed house! While we play hard, we also work hard. Scott persistently reminds me to balance the former with the latter.
We each grew up in small, rural Kansas communities and a commonality within our individual families were annual trips to Branson and Silver Dollar City! Our childhood memories of these trips often overtook our conversations and we vowed our children would experience the same. Scott did not even put up an ounce of resistance when I suggested purchasing a condo for us to stay in and share with family and friends. We have enjoyed the experiences with our guests so much that we now own and/or manage 30!
