Features picturesque water views, expansive water-view balcony, private beach area on Little Lagoon behind the home, perfect for launching a kayak, sunbathing, or enjoying the water, easy beach access across the street, tile floors throughout, elevator, smart TVs in all rooms, shiplap walls, charcoal grill, washer/ dryer, and Wi-Fi.

Welcome to A Little Lagoon Time in Gulf Shores! Located 5.7 west of the Hangout on West Beach Blvd, you are out of the hustle and bustle of the high-density, high-traffic area. This large beach home is secluded and private yet just minutes from all the dining, shopping, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer.
Little Lagoon Time isnât in a subdivision so there is ample parking and no noisy neighbors. This home offers picturesque views of Little Lagoon from the living area and expansive waterfront balcony. Other features include private beach area on Little Lagoon behind the home, perfect for launching a kayak, sunbathing, or enjoying the water, easy beach access across the street one lot to the east, tile floors throughout, large flat-screen smart TVs in all rooms, shiplap walls, charcoal grill, full-size washer/ dryer, and Wi-Fi. The entire home, both inside and out, was painted in 2023.
Once you enter Little Lagoon Time, you will be greeted by a large open dining area with a table that seats 8, the living area which features two 5â x 5â windows, & a well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, double-oven, range, microwave, refrigerator, and drip coffee maker. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker. The main level also includes the master suite, separate half-bath, two guest bedrooms, laundry area, large front porch facing the beach, and partially covered rear balcony overlooking Little Lagoon.
This 3,000 sf, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home can accommodate up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom. The large master bath has a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are equipped with a king bed. The fourth bedroom is located on the upper level and has two twin beds and its own private bathroom.
Note: Dogs are allowed with a maximum of 2 for an additional nonrefundable fee of $250 per pet (pet must not exceed 35 pounds, some breeds prohibited, must let us know if brining a dog for approval)
Guest Access:
There is covered parking for up to 4 vehicles under the home and ample uncovered parking in the driveway for extra vehicles, trailer, or boat. While the garage is accessible for storage and to access the elevator, no parking is available in the garage.

Welcome to A Little Lagoon Time in Gulf Shores! Located 5.7 west of the Hangout on West Beach Blvd, you are out of the hustle and bustle of the high-density, high-traffic area. This large beach home is secluded and private yet just minutes from all the dining, shopping, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
*To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
*There is ample parking under the house and in the driveway for up to 8 vehicles and a boat or trailer.
*After visiting the beach, please rinse off under the home.
*The nearest public beach is 2.8 miles to the east at West Beach Pass.
PETS: Dogs are allowed with a maximum of 2 for an additional non-refundable fee of $250.00 per dog (dogs must not exceed 35 pounds, some breeds prohibited, i.e. Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, etc., must get approval). No cats, birds, etc. Only small dogs. Must have a leash neighbors have dogs also.
BEACH ACCESS: Walk across the street from the home, turn left (east) and walk to the second driveway to the house with orange front columns (2833 W. Beach Blvd, entitled âDear Timeâ). Walk along the left side of the driveway until under the house and take the ramp to the beach. DO NOT WALK ACROSS THE DUNES. This could be rented or occupied by the homeowner. THAT IS A FINE. The homeowner has granted permission for Lagoon Time guests to use this beach access and the occupant at the beach-side home is aware. This same principle applies to the lagoon access for the beach-side home. They are allowed to walk along the driveway of Lagoon Time under the home, and take the path to the Lagoon. DO NOT WALK ACROSS THE DUNES. OR The nearest public beach is 2.8 miles to the east at West Beach Pass. Cross the bridge, turn left and park, and cross the street or walk under the bridge to the public beach.
