Gulfgate 406 is located BEACH Front on Surf Drive. Come stay on the desirable East end of Panama City Beach, just off Thomas Drive, and close to St. Andrew's State Park! Gulfgate is one of Panama City Beach's unique low rise condominiums. Gulfgate 406 has been nicely updated and features breathtaking views. Located directly on the Gulf, you are literally steps to the sand!

Gulfgate 406 has been fully remodeled! Enjoy the updated, fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances! There is a king bed in the primary bedroom and a king bed in the guest bedroom. In the living area there is plenty of seating, even a nice recliner, and a queen sleeper sofa. The two remodeled bathrooms are generous in size! The primary bathroom has a custom tile shower with a bench seat and the the guest bathroom has a custom tile tub/shower combo. Also, included is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. You will love the balcony and the million dollar view of the Gulf! It is the perfect spot to take in the water view and watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico!

Gulfgate is close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusement parks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Gulfgate have access to all amenities: FREE Internet/WiFi, FREE parking, private beach access, partially covered heated swimming pool, grilling area, and more!

Old Complex

The inside of the condo was nice, nothing special. Needs more kitchen supplies and more than one trash bag. Outside complex is dirty, old, and parking is a nightmare. Upgrades are needed. The pool is extremely small with limited outdoor lounge chairs. Won't be staying here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was nice. Our condo was much nicer than my parents condo on the same floor. The master shower door will not stay on track and I thought I was about to break it and our condo had mice that never got caught. The solution from the front desk was sticky traps. I have a toddler. It was an awful solution and nothing else was ever offered to remedy the problem. We also had to turn the heat on due to time of year and as soon as we did, the smoke detectors went off. It was 3AM! We’ve been staying here on and off for 10 years. The whole facility appears to have deferred maintenance and nothing is being done preventatively. It’s sad. We’ve always loved Gulf Gate, but after this trip, I’m not sure we’ll be back. The maintenance guy was awesome. The front desk lady was not very helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was as shown. There was some attention to detail missed. The master bedroom never cools off. It is 80 degrees in there at its coolest. The rug in the living room is filthy. The dishwasher wouldn’t come on. The washing machine took hours to run a cycle. (We believe the water line was stopped up) There was no water pressure coming into the washer. The over unit could use some cleaning and touching up.

Reviewer Comments: lovely rentals butttt,the heat gaine through the window in the master bedroom makes it where i wont stay there again 6 degrees hotter than the rest of condo not good for sleeping poor design,w the windows need to be upgraded or tinted.
