Could be cleaner, quensize bed was hard as a rock, baseboards dirty, chairs in living room were filthy in the cracks, countertops were dirty but the condo was nice, very quiet just needs a few minor adjustments. The carpet in master bedroom was filthy with an area rug that was peeling back so the door wouldnât close and was dangerous because you could trip over it. We did enjoy our stay just needs some updates

Had a good time butâŠ
Rug in the master bedroom is curled right as you enter the bedroom and both my sister and i tripped but didnât fall, thankfully. One of the dining room chairs had a loose leg and was wobbly. There is a small stain on the comforter in the master bedroom that looked like the t could have been blood. And the maid didnât knock before opening the door. We couldnât get the coffee pot to work, but that could be us not figuring it out. We still had a pretty good time! Thank you!
I booked this location because there were no stairs ( I suffer from stage 3 bone cancer in my hips and lower back.) but as soon as we arrived there were 3 stairs just to get to the front door. Then we got into the condo the temperature inside was only 62 degrees. So we tried to get some help. 3 hours later the owner called and told us that they always turned down the temp in order to reduce the heating bills but they never turned up the heat before we arrived (the temp outside we only 21 degrees) so we had to set there in the freezing cold all that time. Is this the Vrbo standard?
The place was clean, however the area rug in the main bedroom was rolled up on the edge and had to be taped down due to it being a trip hazard, there was only one washcloth per person (3 nights). We
