One of the best Townhouse Rentals in Fall Creek

Just wanted to say that we had a great time in Fall Creek during spring break. My brother, daughter, and I all spent a few days in the Branson/Fall Creek area and this townhouse fit exactly what we needed. Perfect location (conveniently in the middle of everywhere) and we could easily access SDC, Branson Landing, The main strip , and Table Rock (if we desired) without having to reroute all the time.The house was in tip-top shape. Well cared for, clean, and ready for travelers we had coffee - comfort - and a deck to use as we pleased. Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped - no complaints.Checkin went smoothly and checkout easy as pie. With the exception that I forgot an item! But the owner (Travis) quickly coordinated with me after recovering the item and got it delivered the next day to someone I know that could ship it home for me with care.Great times and good stay. Thanks for everything!

Just what we needed!

Just my mom, my sister and I came to relax after Thanksgiving. We enjoyed every minute of it! The place worked out fine for the 3 of us.

Great stay and quiet location.

Property was as listed and nice. We had fun and enjoyed the space. Very quiet neighborhood after a full day of activities was really nice.

Family vacation to Branson

The condo was great, had everything we needed. Was close to everything that we ended up doing. Our first time to Branson and we all enjoyed it. The only complaint I have is the mattress in the downstairs bedroom wasn’t very comfortable and the big blind for patio door is broken in the living room. Our son slept on the pullout and it was so bright in there every morning. Other than that it was very clean and cute and updated.

Spring Break 2024!

Beautiful little condo. Great for our family. We had four in our group, but if my daughter had came, we still would have had room. We used the kitchen a lot and even though it's small, we made several good meals, it's stocked very well. I've stayed inside the fall Creek area before and it's a very pretty little area. This condo is very close to the lake and Marina. We walked several times down to the lake. Close enough to attractions without having to be in too much traffic all the time. Also, according to my boys, the wifi is amazing. Because that's why we went to Branson. Lol. Great stay and great communication with the owners.

Wonderful property and was perfect for mom and two kiddos! Very well taken care of, and no issues during our stay. Would highly recommend! The only thing I could recommend would be possibly more privacy for the main bathroom area, there’s a separate small area for shower and the toilet but no door for the vanity area so it would have been great to have just a little more privacy in that aspect but definitely wouldn’t be a reason to forego staying at the property again.

Table Lake 2023

The property was excellent for our needs. The place was more than we expected. It was very clean and spacious for our family of 5 that stayed there. Convenient to all surrounding activities and located close to the sports complex that we needed to be at. I would highly recommend this property for a nice getaway.

Nice property for a short stay

Property was nice. When they say check in at 4pm be assured you cant get in until exactly 4pm or after. We showed up 10 minutes early and didnt realize that so we tried unlocking the door for 10 minutes in the 95 degree heat. We have never had that happen with other properties. Very nice condo. Air conditioner turned to 80 degrees so it took at least 5 hours to cool down since it was a 95 degree day with the vaulted ceilings. The fire alarms started chirping at midnight, two of them! No batteries in the house and I wasnt going to call the owners that late so we didnt sleep most of the night as they echoed through the condo. We tried all day to get ahold of the owners from the phone numbers listed with no answer until late in the afternoon when we found a different phone number on vrbo. They asked us to get batteries and to change them out. Luckily we already went out and purchased batteries to try to do it ourselves. It was a little discouraging that there was no one available who would come and take care of this for us. Beds were not very comfortable. We didnt use anything in the kitchen besides the fridge. We basically just slept there.Otherwise it is a nice condo and in a nice area. Hosts are nice.

Overall ok. We had 1 toll of toilet paper between 4 of us for 4 days (yes we went and got more). Contact information for individuals took 3 days to get a hold of someone. Main floor bath tub backed up and wouldnt hardly drain. Smoke alarm kept going off ever 15 minutes. When someone finaly got back to me about the things that were going on they said they would be there the next day. No one showed up or called, also didnt answer my phone call or text. Property is a decent place for thr money just not well managed in my opinion and will not be back.

Our Branson Mansion

Our stay was great. Kids went to Silver Dollar City. Loved River walk and historic downtown. went to lake and swam. kids loved pet show and zip lines. 2 nice restaurants very close. Everything was no more than 15 minutes away. Condo had all anyone could want! Nice neat and convenient. Want to stay over spring break in March!

Exactly as described and in the pictures. Great place for a girls trip to Branson for Christmas. Clean and well-kept up. Would gladly stay here again when we come back!

Howard Family weekend

This property was very clean, the living room, dining room, and kitchen were smaller than the pictures portrayed and there isn’t a lot of storage for groceries. However, it worked perfectly for my family. The check in process was great. Initially the code didn’t work on the keyless entry, but the home owner was extremely prompt in fixing the code and even took the time to reach out within minutes to make sure it was corrected. The location was PERFECT! It was within minutes of all activities and shopping. My boys were able to walk to the lake and go fishing. It was a wonderful stay and I would absolutely stay at this property again. Thank you for a wonderful stay for our family weekend!
