You're also right across the road from your beach access and just a few minutes west of one of the area's largest regional beach accesses with restrooms and parking.

From the front of the home you'll walk up to the 2nd Floor open concept space. You're immediately greeted with an incredible entertainment area framing a large TV and electric fireplace. Head further in and you'll be amazed by the kitchen. If you love to cook then this is the home for you: top-of-the-line appliances, plenty of counterspace, double overs and wonderful sightlines to both the dining area and entertaining area. Construction Disclaimer:
This is a new and thriving neighborhood - there will be construction in the surrounding areas around the home. There is a pool currently under construction for the community, however it will not be complete until late fall or winter of 2023. Exact completion date is not known. The Hwy 98 underpass located at the Donut Hole is estimated to be completed this summer, facilitating bike and pedestrian access to more amenities on 30A.

Beach Access:
Head back out of the neighborhood towards Wall Street. From the north side, take Wall Street Across Hwy 98 where it will end at your Beach Access, Wall Street Public Beach Access.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
