Just behind Dolly Parton's Stampede and less than a 5 minute drive (or an easy walk) to many great attractions including Dick Clark's American Bandstand Theater, Fritz's Adventure, Grand Country Resort (Theater, buffet, mini golf, water park, etc), several museums, parks, and over 10 restaurants and more.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. We especially liked how convenient the property was to anything we wanted to do. The property was well kept, plenty of room for us and had everything we needed. Would stay there again.

GREAT location, and nicer in person in our opinion.

I don’t think we could have asked for a better location or place to stay. Right next to Dixie stampede and the house was clean, plenty of room, we would definitely book this place again

Enjoyable

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. It had all the amenities, it was very clean and nicely decorated. Close to all the attractions and restaurants. Perfect for a vacation getaway. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The instructions were clear and timely. We had a great time staying here and will definitely come back to stay here again.

We have stayed in vacation rentals in Branson for many years. One of the best. Duplex in quiet residential neighborhood just blocks from east end of 76.

Comfy cozy and clean

My stay was very enjoyable. The house had everything we needed. It was nicely decorated and very clean. We had plenty of room for our group to spend time together. The location was ideal and easy access to many venues and shows and especially restaurants. Th host was very friendly and easy to get a hold of. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. We felt like valued guests and happy to recommend this beautiful home.

Our stay

Upon arrival it was hot and we were tired of traveling in the suv for hours. Finally get there and the access code wouldn’t work. Owner didn’t answer the phone and the wife’s number was no longer in service. Called the VRBO helpline someone with a heavy accent answered and was hard to understand. Not only because of the accent but the crowing roosters in the background was very loud. Just as I was giving my callback number the call dropped so I called again and got another VRBO helper. Was on the phone awhile with them and the owner called through then the access code let us in. The sheets in the master bedroom had not been changed but the bathroom and towels were clean. The mattresses were uncomfortable on all beds. The living room furniture is hard and uncomfortable. There wasn’t even one coffee cup. The manual can opener didn’t work and there is no hairdryer. The backyard severely lacks ambiance. No trees or grill. Great location though

Thank you for staying with us. I'm sorry that we had issues with getting your code programmed into the door. Your stay was the first and only time that has happened. I appreciate the other feedback and we will work to address those issues (purchase a new can opener and coffee cups, etc). I am shocked that the bedding wasn't changed by our cleaners and will certainly go over that with them. I have never had an issue regarding that before. Regarding the beds, I have received 1 other report that our beds were not comfortable. I then reached out to the next 5-6 guests who all said that the beds were great. I am more than happy to replace mattresses as needed but it's a tough thing since bed comfort can be so subjective. I think I'll replace the mattresses soon anyway just to be safe. My goal is to earn 5 star reviews, so I appreciate the feedback as a way to improve. If you do stay with us in the future please reach out during your stay with any issues so we can address them immediately.
