The owners are design lovers who chose a premier Los Angeles-based architecture and design studio to create a sophisticated yet cozy mountain retreat. PREMIUM LOCATION │ Enjoy the ski-in ski-out Deer Valley experience with a short walk from the doorstep to the Silver Strike Express chairlift, offering access to all of Deer Valley Resort but without the crowds of the mountain base. You’re able to ski home via your choice of green or blue runs – Blue Bell, Silver Buck, Gemini or Banner. During the warmer months, these slopes go from snow-covered to green-covered with sprawling wildflowers and trails. Enjoy access to miles of hiking and mountain biking trails directly from the house or from the Silver Lake Village base of Deer Valley that is just 1.2 mi down the road. This proximity is truly the most elevated and exclusive way to garner the Deer Valley experience.
