Classic Coastal Condo, Oceanview, & Free New Bikes!

Enjoy the ocean views from the balcony while sipping on your favorite drink or bike into town and explore Hilton Head Island!

The CC condo unit 157 is located within SeaSide Villas, a private, gated oceanfront community with direct access to the beach. After many visits to Hilton Head Island, it is important to me that all of my guests are provided everything they could need for a beach day including a wagon, chairs, towels, a small cooler, a sun umbrella, and sand toys. If you are staying during the colder months, there are games, popcorn, and smart TVs for your entertainment.

The kitchen includes a drip coffee pot and Keurig, a toaster, and a blender. There are plates, utensils, coffee mugs, glasses, and wine glasses. The kitchen is fully stocked with bar stools and a hightop table. If you prefer to go out and explore HHI for dinner, you are in close proximity to restaurants and shops in Coligny Beach Park. A grocery store, the Tiki Bar, and Jim’s Pool Bar are also within walking distance.

The queen-size sleeper sofa is brand new with a comfortable gel mattress. There are flat-screen Smart TVs located in the bedroom and living room. There is a tower fan, along with ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. The balcony has a high-top table and four chairs for a great ocean view!

There are two onsite community pool areas (open Apr. 1-Sept. 30), a grilling area, limited covered parking but an ample size parking lot, and bike racks. Elevators are located in the building and coin-operated laundry rooms are found on each floor.

Although I love my grandpets, unfortunately, no pets are permitted at SeaSide Villas. The condo association charges a $500/day fine if a pet is onsite. That fine will be assessed to the renter if a pet is found onsite.

First trip to Hilton Head was a huge success!

Accommodations were as presented on the rental site; clean and supplied with anything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable. The property manager was easy to communicate with, if necessary, and prompt to reply. The property was easily accessible to the beach and a short walk to shops and eating places.

Great last minute vacation!

First of all, I book multiple times a year through VRBO and I have to say that the property owner here is the most proactive and accommodating that I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The property itself is well appointed and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach, Coligny Plaza and 2 pools onsite. The 2 bikes included were a great added bonus that provided a fantastic way to explore the island. Highly recommend!

The condo is small, but it was pefrect for the 3 of us. Very easy walk to the beach. The beach supples were fantastic and well maintained. 5 minute walk to Coligny with shopping and food. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Fantastic Condo on Beach!

My husband and I had an amazing stay! We are so grateful we chose this condo for our week at HHI! It is perfect for a week at the beach. The host has so many added touches to make the stay more comfortable and special. She knew it was our honeymoon made our week more special. The condo is very clean and close to restaurants and a grocery store. We highly recommend! It also has a very nice pool and is right on the beach.

Top notch condo. Location, comfort, and ease of keyless entry. Unit has updated furniture in all rooms and rooms aren't like an obstacle course. Owner was also easily accessible and kind. We would love to stay again. Highly recommended

Summer stay in hilton head island

I recently stayed at Stacy's vacation rental in Hilton Head Island, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Stacy was very pleasant and provided excellent communication from the beginning. She allowed me to check in a few hours early, which was very convenient. The condo was clean and well-supplied with basic essentials, and getting into the property was straightforward.While the property was nice, the photos are somewhat exaggerated, making the condo appear much larger than it actually is. The space is quite small, and the layout is peculiar, as you walk directly into the bedroom from the main entrance, impacting privacy.The kitchen is more of a small kitchenette with no countertop space for food preparation, making cooking inconvenient. The listing mentions free bikes, but they are old, rusty, and in shabby condition. Investing in newer bikes would greatly improve the experience.Bathroom and shower supplies were barely enough for one person, so more generous provisions would be appreciated. Lastly, despite a cleaning fee, guests are asked to remove all trash upon checkout. This is hectic, especially for those with kids or in groups. It would be helpful if the cleaning crew handled the trash, considering the cleaning fee.Despite these drawbacks, Stacy's hospitality and the condo's cleanliness made for a pleasant stay. However, potential guests should be aware of the condo's small size, limited kitchen facilities, minimal bathroom supplies, and the additional task of trash

Great stay for a quick trip

The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and being one floor up made for a quick trip down the stairs and out to the pool. We liked that the walk to Coligny Plaza was just a few minutes, and also the free golf cart trip (besides a small cash tip) back to the front of the condo. The only real negative was that the bedroom area was a little warm for sleeping, and the living area was freezing trying to keep the bedroom comfortable enough. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Everything was CLEAN and everything needed for a perfect trip were included!! Beach accessories.. extra everything !! They even had snacks upon arriving which my daughter loved! lol. Quick/easy access to the beach. Definitely our favorite location/stay by far !

Wonderful Condo

This condo is super clean and has everything you need. Even a wagon, chairs, towels, umbrella. You can see the ocean from the balcony. I loved how super quiet the unit is and the complex overall. Communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend for 1 or 2 people.

Thoughtful touches + great location = Perfect HHI vacation

Thanks Tracy for all the thoughtful touches that make this condo an ideal location and option for enjoying HHI -- from the bikes, to the coffee, to the furnishings and the view -- all is great about this condo. Tracy was super responsive and had really prepped this condo to be hospitable and welcoming + a perfect beach getaway. It's also a great location for enjoying the beach, Coligny, and also Sea Pines (walkable to the RBC Heritage shuttle). We're glad we stayed at Tracy's condo!

Very nice property and location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is small but was very comfortable and clean. Tracy also supplied a lot of little extras that I hope other renters will appreciate as much as we did. We had everything we needed for our stay. It would have been perfect if the weather had been a tad warmer, and I am sure Tracy would have fixed that, too, if she could have!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a terrific beach vacation at this condo! We had never visited HHI before and we were looking for a place close to the beach and restaurants. This condo was perfect - a short walk to the beach and Coligny Circle. The condo provided everything we needed, was very clean, and both check in/check out were very simple. We especially loved watching the sunrise from the balcony. We have already discussed our next visit to HHI and hope to rebook this property. Thank you!

Classic Condo

Tracy was awesome to work with . Very punctual about returning my texts- even asking for recommendations for dinner. Classic Condo was exceptional- very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed and then some . I loved sitting on the balcony with a beautiful ocean view . The trails are so nice and right across the street . Also can walk to restaurants and grocery store !! We will be back for sure !! Thank you Tracy !

My condo is an escape for me and I want it to be an escape for my guests as well! My goal is to include the small things that are essential to my visits for them. I want every guest to feel at home. I try to include the things that add a personal touch—for example, popcorn, spices, a beach wagon, chairs and towels. I also have bikes and helmets for anyone looking to explore the Island.
