Perched a mere 5-minute walk from the sun-kissed shores of Panama City Beach, our newly renovated 2 story beach house boasts 4 community swimming pools & on-site mini golf! Picture yourself sizzling scrumptious meals on the BBQ grill, breaking a sweat at fully equipped gym, then soothing your muscles in the jacuzzi tub. Ah yes, this is the life! On the inside, 1156 sq. ft. of living space awaits, featuring HDTVs in each room, blazing fast Wi-Fi & board games for all around family fun to be had.

***NOTE: Upon arrival on property, guests are REQUIRED to come to the Property Management Office to receive a Parking Placard and armbands. The Parking Placard is $25.00 per vehicle (first vehicle free of charge, maximum of 2) for a time not to exceed 10 days. Extended Stay Guest will pay 25.00 per 10 day period with a maximum of $50.00 per 6 month period. The Armband Cost is $20.00 per 7 days not to exceed $40.00 in a continuous stay of 6 months. Children 5 years old and younger will NOT be required to purchase or wear an Armband. All Guests will be required to have an Armband while on any portion of the Horizon South Property.

1. Check-in and Check-out Times:
- Check-in time is at 4:00 PM.
- Check-out time is at 10:00 AM.
- Please ensure that you turn off all lights, air conditioning, and electronics when leaving the unit. Don`t forget to close windows and lock doors.

2. Quiet Hours:
- Our quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Kindly be considerate of your fellow guests and residents during these hours.

3. Guests and Gatherings:
- No smoking or vaping is permitted within the unit.
- Additional guests beyond the reservation are not allowed.
- Large gatherings and loud parties are prohibited.
- Please be respectful of other guests and residents in different units.

4. Parking and Vehicles:
- Ensure your party adheres to the parking rules and regulations.
- Show consideration to other vehicles within the neighborhood.
- Guests must obtain a Parking Placard from the Property Management Office upon arrival.
- Each vehicle is $25.00 (maximum of 2) for up to 10 days.
- Extended stay guests will pay $25.00 for every 10-day period, with a maximum of $50.00 for a 6-month stay.
- Armbands are required for all guests.
- Armband cost is $20.00 for 7 days, not exceeding $40.00 for a continuous 6-month stay.
- Children aged 6 and under are exempt from wearing armbands.

5. Trash Disposal
- Dispose of trash within the provided bins in the house.
- You can also take the trash out to the garbage located behind the front office.

6. PET POLICY
- Pets are allowed for guests staying 60+ days
As much as we want to welcome ALL guests, we do have a few rules that are strictly enforced:

- Maximum occupancy restrictions are strictly enforced by fire code, no more than the maximum number of guests allowed at any time (unless discussed with me ahead of time)

- Out of respect to our lovely neighbors, loud parties are NOT allowed. There is a security guard on site and will be immediate grounds to terminate your stay. MUST BE AT LEAST 25 TO BOOK.
