Located just 30 miles from the sites of Savannah, our spot is prime for both exploring adventures in the hostess city while enjoying the simple comforts of country living. Nestled beyond an oak lined entrance, your private space tucked away at the back of 1.60 acres of wide open space awaits you. Expect mornings with the eastern blue birds and robins and count on relaxing evenings inside the state of the art RV on the fireside recliners or outside by the flames of the crackling fire pit.

Perfect for a short stay or stay a while and explore the great outdoors in Springfield then hop over to Savannah, a tourist's dream of great sites and good eats. There is no shortage of adventures for foodies, nature enthusiasts, history buffs and nightlife aficionados alike within short distances from the property.

We occupy the main house at the front of the property so feel free to contact us if you need anything during your stay. We have two littles and an outdoor kitten. You may hear or see them playing near the main house.

A nicely appointed camper. Although the camper is small for more than two adults and two small children it was very comfortable my husband, myself and one small dog. We spent most of our time out and about but there was plenty of outdoor space for activities and games.

I enjoyed my stay there. The camper was clean and in a real nice location. The people seemed nice.

I loked it and when I go back to the Roebling Road racetrack would stay there again.

This property was excellent. From the time we checked in until we left. Everything was just perfect. They even supplied a food and water bowl for our fur baby and a blanket for her. The bed was very comfortable. We lived in our RV for 3 years, and this brought back so many great memories. Very relaxing. We loved it.

We did a short girls’ weekend trip to Savannah and absolutely loved our stay! The RV was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The host was super responsive and accommodating, even offering the option to have groceries or other essentials delivered and put away before arrival — such a nice touch! We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again for another trip!

Relaxing in Georgia!

This is a must stay if you are looking for lodging near savannah, and tybee island! The host was exceptional! I planned a trip to savannah for me, my wife, two teens, and my 7 y.o. We had a blast. The host has incredible attention to detail, wonderful communication, and is very respectful to your space and time. Would very happily stay here again!

We had our own trailer that we were finding zero availability for camping so turned to vrbo. They were very accommodating since we had to park our own trailer on their property and bring 2 dogs. The videos that were presented before we got to property were extremely helpful. I wish everyone did them actually. If we had a question we simply referred back to them.There were condiments and creamer in the fridge, coffee set up was stellar. Bowls for the dogs and a blanky/towel. Welcome sign was sweet and did not go unnoticed. We were very comfortable and 25 min to Savannah. It was the perfect stop.Thank you!

Will be back!

My brother and sister-in-law live in the area and are expecting a new baby in a couple of months. This will be a great place for us to come and stay with the dog for a night or two as we visit the new family! We enjoyed the fire pit and the RV was very clean and comfortable. Evie is a great host and we appreciated the info we got about the property in advance, including videos about some of the amenities.

Perfect for "glamping". Updated, nice amenities!

The RV was perfect for a quick, last minutes getaway for a friend of mine, myself, and her small dog. I found everything I could possible need and more. The owner definitely went above and beyond with making our stay the best. Little touches like tourist/attraction guides, a personalized "welcome" sign, and chilled sparkling water and glasses waiting in the fridge. The camp site has everything included thats in the pictures. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and gave very clear instructions the day of arrival with helpful videos if needed. We really enjoyed the fireplace feature (not a real fireplace) under the smart tv. A/C unit was great. The only feedback I gave was the comfort of the matress. I would recommend a pillow top if you are a "soft bed" sleeper. Typical camper matress feel.

I originally grew up in Western New York and came to Savannah to attend SCAD—fully intending it to be a chapter, not a lifetime. But I fell in love with the city, and I’ve been here on and off since 2005.

I love cooking, especially baking bread and making dishes inspired by both my own background and my husband’s culture—he’s from Cyprus and my family is from Puerto Rico, so food is very much a love language in our home. When I’m not cooking, you’ll usually find me listening to podcasts, spending time with my husband and kids, or staying active at Effin' Yoga studio.

Hosting is something I genuinely enjoy because it allows me to create thoughtful, meaningful experiences for guests. I love helping people discover Savannah beyond the obvious—sharing a slower, more intentional side of the area and helping guests create memories that feel personal, memorable, and uniquely their own.

It is an older neighborhood that is tucked away and the birds and oak and pine trees make it feel serene and relaxing.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This RV was originally purchased as a temporary home while we planned to build on our land. Renting it out was never part of the plan. Life, however, had other ideas. We ended up purchasing a home sooner than expected, and suddenly the RV no longer served the purpose we had imagined.

Rather than selling it, we placed it at the back of our property and chose to share the space—inviting others to experience the quiet, the trees, and the open skies that had already become grounding for us.

What happened next surprised us.

Guests didn’t just stay overnight—they slowed down. They noticed the birds in the morning, the stillness of the land, and the feeling of being tucked into nature. People lingered outdoors, disconnected from the rush of everyday life. Time and again, guests shared how peaceful it felt simply to be here, surrounded by space, silence, and nature.

That sense of calm is what makes this property special. It’s not just a place to sleep—it’s a place to pause.
