𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

The home is a 3 bed, 2 bath home with over 2,300 square feet. All rooms are spacious, with plenty of space for bigger groups to spread out.

There is also a queen-sized pull out couch, and an additional air bed that each sleeps up to two adults, or 3 little ones.


𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐟𝐭:

With its capacity to take in an abundance of natural light, and a lake-facing view, the entertainment loft may quickly become your favorite place to hang out at the 𝑳𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝑭𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒚 𝑶𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒔.

Its centerpiece is a convertible pool table that can also host a ping pong tabletop.

There are 3 flat screen Roku TVs: there are two 43-inch TVs, and one 50-inch TV. A custom light suspension over the pool table that changes colors to set your preferred mood(s). Two floating chair hammocks at either end.

Additionally, there is the queen-sized pull out couch on this level that sleeps up to 2 adults or 3 little ones.


𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦:

This gathering space boasts a varicolored furniture design. For resting and lounging, you have your selection of the stone suede sectional, or the two day chairs.

At the center are two ottomans, equipped with throw blankets for your comfort.

There is a 75-inch Roku TV overhanging the decorative fireplace.


𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐤𝐞:

Imagine waking up in the morning and having a relaxing breakfast and coffee in the morning calm, overlooking the tranquil lake.

If that resonates, then this space is for you. It's perfect for getting some quiet time away from the group, or coming out back together for card games, tossing a football, or reeling in some decent catches from the lakeside.

Just outside of the sun room is a fire pit, perfect for late night bonding, or roasting some marshmallows!


𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧:

The kitchen is a full kitchen, complete with eating utensils, plates, cups, cooking essentials, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, and more!

It boasts granite countertops, and an ambiance light fixture that allows you to set your cooking mood the way you like!

Adjacent to the kitchen space is a dining set that features four suede tufted chairs, and a helix glass-topped dining table.


𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦:

The 𝑆𝑎𝑝𝑝ℎ𝑖𝑟𝑒 𝑆𝑢𝑖𝑡𝑒 (master bedroom), comes finished with a custom sapphire head wall, a cream tufted bed frame, facing its 65-inch Roku TV for a late night kickback.

It also comes with a his and hers sink, and shower.


𝐒𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

The 𝑳𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝑭𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒚 𝑶𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒔 provides sleeps for groups of up to 10 guests.

Note: more guests can be slept here, with additional guest-provided sleeping accommodations.

The 2-car garage of the home hosts a 240 volt EV charging station for your electric vehicle. Ahead of the garage is a standard 2-car wide driveway, for multiple vehicles.
