** A/C added for 2025! ** Paradise awaits at this charming cottage nestled on calm Panther Pond in Maine's Sebago Lake Region! This totally updated cottage boasts stunning waterfront views and easy access to the pristine pond just 26' from the doorstep. Experience boating along the Tenney River all the way up to Crescent Lake with the canoe provided for you to explore. The dock can accommodate up to a 10' boat with a mooring for a 16' boat. Enjoy the convenience of being just a short drive away from a plethora of activities like shopping, dining, and movies. For those seeking a more extensive shopping experience, Freeport, LL Bean, and outlet malls are within an hour's drive, along with Portland's diverse array of shopping and dining options. The shoreline is banked and rocky, with the water being 3' deep on entry and gradually sloping down before dropping off quickly. The occupancy is for 5 guests for the whole week, with an extra 2 guests allowed to stay overnight for a maximum of two nights.

2025 Rates: $270/night, 7 night minimum

- Dogs allowed with $100 pet fee per pet
- Portable A/C units on main floor and upstairs
- No outdoor fires of any kind are permitted at this property, including fire pits, tiki torches, sparklers, or any other open flames.

House on the lake

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself was very nice. The location and room are excellent. It is a really nice place for a small family.Unfortunately, the house doesn't come with linen,no washer, NO AC. the owner of the property lives next door. It was odd and a bit weird to have the owner come by the property and check on you. While staying at the property, we had tikki torches to get rid of the mosquitos. The owner and wife or daughter walked uninvited to the property and told us it was a hazard. I felt they were always looking at us. We have family in town and they visited us a few times. The owner actively looking around to check on who was there. At one point, I considered moving out and check-in at a hotel.I will absolutely not recommend this property.If you want privacy find other place. There are other places that will offer you the vacation feeling, not a feeling of being watch.

Family lakeside getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin on Panther Pond was a perfect fit for our family of four. Our priorities were being right on the lake and in the Raymond / Gray area - proximity to The Mosquito for ice cream was a bonus! The cabin was cozy and comfortable; the swimming area clean and clear. Highly recommend taking a paddle up the Tenny River to Crescent Lake!

Summer vacation, Panther pond

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The camp was just right for two people. Short distance to water with deep water drop off. The dock was in excellent shape and looked like it was recently replaced. The only issue was low pressure in the kitchen sink.Otherwise it was a great vaction.
