This 4 bedroom, 3 bath beachfront pool home has magnificent ocean views! One of the few locations in the Middle Keys where you can have the best of all features for the perfect vacation. A natural sandy beach at your back door, boat dockage, a freshwater swimming pool, spa and great views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living area, screen porch, pool and beach! A spacious home, well decorated and equipped with everything you will need for your vacation.


Beautifully landscaped yard with fruit trees and tropical foliage. The screen porch is a favorite spot to kick back and relax, dine or soak in the spa. Ready for the pool? Steps away is a freshwater pool with poolside patio table and sun umbrella and of course more views of the Creek and Ocean.


The natural sandy beach slopes gently into the water, great for young children and then becomes swimming depth and great dockage at the end of the pier. The pier is not only for your boat, it is also a great fishing spot for guests! Set low to the water with no steps and charming dusk to dawn pathway lights, perfect for night fishing. 2 complimentary Kayaks are available for guest use and Sister's Creek is a great waterway to explore! To top it off, Sombrero Beach (a City Park on the Ocean) is only a block away!


Tile floors throughout, recently remodeled kitchen and baths, 2 central air systems, this home is maintained in tip top condition! Fully equipped with linens, towels, full kitchen with microwave oven and dishwasher, TV's in the living room and each bedroom has a new 32" flat screen! DVD player. Sony radio/cd player. Comcast internet service and cable service to two of the TVs, main living area and the master bedroom. The TVs in the other 3 bedrooms, the middle guest bed, the second master bedroom and the bunk room are streaming only for Netflix, Amazon and any other subscription you may have including music. Washer/dryer, gas grill and bait freezer.


The pool can be heated in the winter for an additional charge of $200.00 per week. Please let me know if you would like pool heat prior to your arrival.


Bedding: 2 Masters with king size beds and private baths, one guest room with a king and the hall bath steps away and the 4th bedroom has a full size bed with a twin bunk bed overhead. This room is just a sleeping room, it has a closet and TV but is very small, a little quiet retreat for kids.
