Located 3 doors down from the police and fire station in quiet, safe, Windsor Heights, the house is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, bakery, coffee shops, a park, DQ, bike trails, YMCA, Walmart, grocery stores, nail spa and massage therapy. 10 mins to shopping in West Des Moines and 10 mins to Downtown. Seriously, the perfect location!
Guest access
You have access to the entire house! No shared spaces. Free access to a full size washer and dryer on the property. Driveway has room for 3 cars and free street parking.

While the game room may elicit the idea to host a party at The Cheetah House, please keep guests to a maximum of 6 unless otherwise approved by the host.
