Horrible experience
This is the worse house that Iâve ever stayed in with VRBO. I had to message the property owner about the check in process, there was no communication prior. Once we got into the home it was dirty. The walls, floors, mirrors, dishes, stove, and glass doors. I messaged the owner and told him about it. The only thing he said was âmy cleaning company told me it was clean, maybe Iâll use a different company next timeâ. The carpet in the downstairs room was so dirty I couldnât sleep in the room because it triggered my allergies. The living room remote had no batteries. There were no pillowcases on the pillows in the downstairs bedroom. The grass in the front yard wasnât cut. I was messaging the owner about the home not being cleaned. Once I offered to send pictures I never heard from him again, and it seems as if he blocked me from being able to message him. Once I expressed my concerns about the house being dirty the owner never reached back out to me to check in. If I could give this house 0 stars I would definitely do so. We had to go out and buy pillow cases, cleaning products, and Clorox to disinfect the home, and it still didnât seem to be enough. The home doesnât look anything like the pictures cleanliness wise. The walls are dirty and scuffed. In the master bathroom there was blood stains on the wall. There was a roach and ants in the downstairs bedroom. This by far has been the worse experience with VRBO.
