At the end of a tucked away cul-de-sac through a winding driveway with towering trees on either side you'll reach our beautiful home on the Eagle Ridge South Course!

As you open the front door, you'll be amazed by the spaciousness and be drawn across the living room to a row of French doors, leading to a sprawling deck with an incredible view of rolling hills of the Eagle Ridge South golf course.

Star gaze while soaking in the Hot Tub or have fun in the 1000+ Sq Ft Basement with pool table, foosball, poker table, mini golf, and gaming systems!

If you came for the fresh air there is no better place than these decks to enjoy dinner and drinks or gather 'round to watch the game on the outdoor TV or catch up around the gas powered firepit.

Excellent Place

We stayed here last year and came back this year for our annual skiing trip. We enjoy the house and the space it provides for our family of 10. We definitely would recommend this house.

Great Thanksgiving Family Trip

We had a wonderful time at this property for a family thanksgiving trip. Plenty of bedrooms and a wonderful basement space filled with endless fun. Great views overlooking the golf course. Easy access to route 20 to get into Galena quickly as well. Would definitely stay here again. Great trip!

Wonderful Galena getaway

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! We've stayed many places over the years with our family, and I have to stay this was the most WELL stocked and had ALL the comforts of home!!! Great kitchen: pots/pans/cookie sheets/baking pans, spices, condiments, coffee filters, sugar, K cups (although we brought our own coffee too), etc. The bedrooms were very comfortable and each has its own bathroom - def plus. There is plenty of room to spread out yet also very cozy when we were all together playing games or watching a movie! We'd def consider this home again as we went for a long weekend, and there were things this home had to offer that we didn't even have time for such as the hot tub, fire pit on the deck, etc. GREAT home!! Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed at numerous properties in Eagle Ridge over the last 15 years, and this one was by far our favorite. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Perfect Property for a Golf Trip

Our annual Guys Trip took us to Galena this year and this was the perfect property for us. There were 8 of us and we each had comfortable sleeping arrangements and more than enough space to hangout during the mornings and evenings. Lia was such a good host and communicated often and offered assistance if we needed anything during our stay. If we come back to Galena again next year, we will definitely stay at this property!

Great Place to stay

We came to the area to go skiing for our daughter's birthday. This place worked out great for us! The location and the house were perfect for our needs. The kids loved the activities in the house and the hot tub was a great way to relax after skiing all day. We wish we could have stayed longer and definitely would consider this house again in the future.

Bachelorette Party Weekend

Lia’s property was wonderful for hosting our friends’ bachelorette party weekend! The house was spacious, clean, and provided plenty of instructions to use various things such as the hot tub. Every bedroom having its own connected bathroom felt like a luxury private hotel. I would highly recommend this house for hosting a group of friends.

Couples Retreat

This property was perfect for a couples retreat. Each bedroom has a bathroom, the basement is equipped with tons of activities and the kitchen is loaded with all the necessary items to make you feel right at home. Also, Lia, the host was very responsive, courteous and accommodating.

Amazing

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our trip! The hosts are amazing. They went above and beyond. Severe storms went through the area and the hosts texted us to make sure we were ok. The house is amazing! We loved the location bc it was on a cul da sac, golf course and only one neighbor close. The house has everything you would need and more. It even had night lights and a step stool for my little one! Can’t wait to go back!

Best of all the years renting in Galena

We’ve been renting in the Galena area every year for the last 20 yrs. This home was by far the very best. Clean and spacious for all. The kitchen was well stocked. We found ourselves in need of nothing. Attention to detail was noticed by all…make up towels in each bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in clearly marked bottles, extremely comfortable bedding and linens, club passes with parking passes at the entrance etc etc. The basement was spectacular offering a poker table with all the chips and cards supplied, pool table, foozball and putting green. Beautiful deck area expanding the entire back of the house, bbq, smoker and hot tub. Fantastic weekend. We will surely be back. Huge thank you to our lovely host Lia!!

Our Happy Place

This has become an annual tradition for us… four couples that use this time to laugh, relax, catch-up and soak in the hot tub. Last year we went out to dinner in Galena… this year we did not specifically to maximize our time at the house. It has everything one needs and is so cozy we never want to leave. Before leaving Galena, we booked the house for our trip next year without hesitation. And the owner, Michelle, is always ready and willing to provide advice, guidance and answer questions. Finally, you will find this house to be comfortable and clean… so important and appreciated. We will keep coming back. Again and again. If you stay here, it will become one of your happiest places!

Wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house is huge, plenty of places for a family to spread out. The host was very helpful in all aspects of the stay. Galena Territories is beautiful- winter, spring, summer or fall! And this house was a highlight!

Our family had a wonderful time! The house is exceptional. Everything we needed was available. The kitchen is the best stocked (plates, cups, pots, baking, utensils, etc.) of any house we have stayed in. The owner was so nice and thoughtful.This place is highly recommended!

Nice, clean, big house

We had a group of 9 all over 25. The house is in a nice location that is private but close to territory amenities & jumping on road to downtown Galena. It is very clean, lots of updates, and amenities. Host was very responsive. Wonderful it is pet friendly. Would recommend. pet friendly. Would recommend to others.

Great Weekend Getaway

We had a great family weekend getaway! The house was perfect with more than enough room and lots of stuff to do. The kids loved the game room downstairs and the pools at the owners club. We will definitely consider this house again if we go back to Galena.

The Galena Territory is a semi-private, 6,800-acre private recreational and residential lake community located six miles outside the historic city of Galena in Northwest Illinois. This property is above the rest! Two balconies overlooking the 4th hole on the south course, most gorgeous view!!! There is so much space and that basement is huge and cozy. This house has so much to do; deck full of seating and TV to catch a game while catching up, grill and a smoker to feed all your loved ones. Hot tub; 4 seasons room for lounging.. This home really has it all! You will not be disappointed.
