Everything was perfect. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We appreciated the attention to detail from the nighttime lighting to kitchen needs. This was one of our favorite stays and we will be back again. Friends are already asking about this place!

We could not have been happier with our stay. The house was immaculate, decorated beautifully, and was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. We had ample choices for fun on the lake such as kayaks, paddle boards, a peddle boat, and our own dock to launch off of. We used the fire pit which was ready to go with both wood and kindling. We also enjoyed relaxing on the balcony while watching the wild life and other visitors to the lake. We would absolutely recommend a stay at the Blue Canoe. Kim didn’t leave a single stone unturned to ensure our stay was ridiculously comfortable. Even the note book of local places to visit was super helpful. The Whiskey Hill Saloon was a definite favorite!!!!!

Peaceful and Dog Friendly

My husband and I had a relaxing stay and loved the lakefront view. The cottage was very clean and well maintained. We brought our small senior dog and appreciated that the picket spacing on the gated covered patio kept her safe while she enjoyed looking out over the water.

Fall cottage stay

We had such an amazing and relaxing time at Kim’s cottage. It was exactly what we needed for a little getaway. Highly recommend Kim and this property. We will be back!

Perfect Vacation!

This property is fantastic - beautiful and right on the water. We took full advantage of the amenities - kayaks, paddle boat, grill, fire pit. The locals were fantastic and even helped us with our fishing skills! We also explored a few local towns for shopping and coffee. Highly recommend!

We live nearby and didn’t know this lovely area existed. Cottage is new, high end and very clean. Lakes are unique and beautiful. Loved our stay.

Wonderful spot on the lake!

Peaceful location on the lake. The house is adorable and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway as well s being close to town for restaurants and shopping. The host (Kimberly) is very nice and responds quickly to questions. Thanks for a great stay. 😊

Relaxing Vacation, Beautiful House & Property

We had a great vacation here. Very tranquil and relaxed spot and was nice to have easy access to the pedal boat, kayaks and paddle boards. The house itself was very nice as well, perfect for a couple for a quiet trip. Everything in the house looked new and my wife kept mentioning how much she loved the wallpaper and decorations. So thanks, would highly recommend.

Visit with old friends

We moved from the Chautaqua county area about eight years ago and came back for the holidays to visit with ours friends from the area. The house and views were fantastic! The cabin was new and very well supplied the owner has went out of their way to make this a special place to stay. I would recomend this cabin to anyone who wants a "special stay"

Ladies Getaway

The Blue Canoe is the perfect getaway. The home has everything you could possibly need. The setting is so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying the views, kayaking on the lake and sitting around the campfire in the evening. If you are looking for a location to recharge - definitely put the Blue Canoe on your list. You will not be disappointed.

Fishing trip

Place is as advertised. Super clean and modern. Comfortable beds, awesome views, great kitchen. Coffee provided, tons of wood for the fire pit too. Kimberly was very easy to get a hold of and very friendly. I book a lot of weekend getaways to various places chasing good fishing, this one is my favorite. 100% would rent this again and again.

The wife an I went for a quick getaway. We knew it would be cold but it was freezing! The house was gorgeous. Lots of natural sunlight. I don't we turned any lights on. The temperature outside had no affect on the inside of the house. Very cozy our whole stay. The shower was worth the stay. Could've stood in there forever. We brought our dog. There were more than enough amenities for our pup including a few dog blankets. Kim was such a great host. Always a text away. She even had her team come over and plow the driveway. She really went above an beyond to make sure your stay is worth the getaway. Thanks Kim, Cant wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the water!

Another Day in Paradise

The Blue Canoe is an oasis during all seasons. So lovely and quaint to drive up to with its beautiful landscaping and flowers. Kim is an excellent host. It was our second time staying there. Love everything about it. The pup and I were in the lake morning, noon and evening on the paddle boat. Easy access. So much to do without having to actually leave the cottage, with exception to riding the bikes around the lake. Breakfast lunch and dinner on the porch was so easy peasy. Served on the cottages beautiful dinnerware. Evening spent on the porch with a movie was great fun. The beds are both super comfy. And the comforters too. Coffee in bed watching the sunrise over the lake is heavenly. It was my daughter, pup and I celebrating a belated Mothers Day. I hope to return real soon. It’s great it’s only 1 1/2 hrs from home. Thank you Kim. 😊

We had everything we needed to enjoy a quiet family vacation. We loved being able to kayak or swim off the floating pad. The porch was an excellent place to start and end the day. The property was close enough to town, but secluded. No traffic noise. Would definitely recommend. Communication and check in process was great.
