Brand new luxury lodge home only one and a half thousand feet from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, above Cades Cove, sleeps 4 - 6. Perfect getaway for one or two couples, having two full King Master bedroom and bathroom suites, one on each floor to maximize privacy. Easy fully paved roadway up to the house with plenty of level parking and easy flat entry to the house.

Contemporary style with latest fittings to ensure the most comfortable stay, including four person hot tub, extensive wrap around decks with porch rockers. as well as a picnic table and gas grill. Enjoy expansive ridge top views of surrounding peaks including Mt. LeConte. You might even spot deer, black bears, turkey, or fox.

Very well equipped dining and kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, Kuereg coffee maker etc. Other features include latest Roku 4K televisions in both bedrooms and lounge, stone feature fireplace with gas fire seasonal cabin style, full height open beamed ceiling, full access to ten foot wide wrap around deck enjoying the best views in Laurel valley from this high elevation position.

Study has desk with USB ports, laundry room with new washer and dryer, half bathroom and a two person sleeper sofa if needed. The Located within the gated community of Laurel Valley also offers the renowned Wild Laurel Golf Course with complimentary access to the clubhouse, Tavern, restaurant, pool table, swimming pool, and fitness center with dry sauna.

Known as the Peaceful Side of the Smokies, Townsend offers several excellent restaurants, bars, and shopping, as well as tubing, fishing, hiking, birdwatching, and cycling . It serves as a Gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and is also only a short drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood. There are also local shopping destinations in Townsend, such as Apple Valley Country Stores, Smoky Mountain Outdoor Center, Dogwood Mall, Dollar General Store, and the Village Market IGA Grocery Store.

Gorgeous House in Townsend

My family and I stayed there over Thanksgiving and it was great! The house is so beautiful and the views from the deck are outstanding. The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures.We even saw a family of bears just down the road. That was such a treat!. The drive up is a bit steep at times, but absolutely worth it. Plenty of room for a family of four. We really appreciated the dishes for cooking Thanksgiving dinner and the washer and dryer were a lifesaver. Having the 2 1/2 bathrooms really sped up everyone getting ready in the morning for a day of exploring. We will absolutely be back on our next trip to the Smokies. I can’t say enough about this property. Just stunning!

Quiet Mountain Neighborhood

The Drive to the house is not for the faint of heart but totally worth it. Cabin was clean and as advertised. It was a great place to call home base as we explored the Smokeys. The only draw back that I can note is that the kitchen was not as well equipped as I would like. Take your favorite knife and a coffee scoop. We did not do any major meals but there were some minor things that would have been nice to have like measuring spoons.

Great Views!

Great house- perfect for a family of 4. The views are amazing and the neighborhood is really nice. It was easy to get to the park for hiking. We saw bears and a bobcat and hummingbirds came to the feeder on the deck all day. We love Townsend and wouldn’t hesitate to book this cabin again!

In town for football game in the fall. This is an exceptionally clean and neat property. Love the hot tub and the view. Would be great in peak fall season!

Wonderful home in the mountains

This is a beautiful modernized home on the mountain with gorgeous views. My family and I enjoyed our stay. It has everything you need to make it enjoyable for everyone. It has a hot tub, a variety of board games, a nearby golf course, fitness center, and not too far from the tourist spots. Only minor things I wish they had, like an outdoor fire pit, and hair dryer but otherwise everything else was great. I would recommend having a vehicle with AWD to get up to the home as some of the hills are steep. Overall a fantastic place for a nice getaway from the city.

Great couples getaway

What a treat! New cottage with king size bedrooms with ensuites. Perfect for our stay with friends. Wonderful views. We arrived at night and the 2.1 drive up the mountain was a but daunting the first trip up! We enjoyed activities in Townsend.

Short but great visit

We stayed for the weekend during a college visit. This was our first trip to the peaceful side of the Smokies. We wish we could have stayed longer. The property was perfect
just as advertised. Watching the meteor shower off the back deck was the highlight of the weekend. We were close (but not too close) to UT, Dollywood, etc.

Eagle’s Nest Gem

You never know what it’s like until you get there. We got there and were blown away. This place is new, incredibly clean, convenient, and so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. We had a great experience and loved everything about this place. Soaked in the hot tub, cooked steaks on the grill, and the beds were ultra comfortable. Enjoyed the bears, deer, turkeys, and hanging out in the mountains. We’ll be back in November!
