Pour réduction: le complexe a été fraîchement peint et de nouveaux feux extérieurs ont été installés à l'automne 2018 Ce 1200 pieds carrés dans un petit lotissement de 14 complexe de l'unité totale est loin de la foule (mi-chemin entre Destin et Panama City) et à quelques pas de la plage. Une promenade matinale ou une promenade au crépuscule offre une vue imprenable, ou tout simplement assis sur le pont et regarder les dauphins jouer dans le calme, les eaux chaudes de la magnifique golfe. Le sable blanc et propre est facile sur les orteils, même sur le plus chaud de jours.

Nos maisons en rangée est joliment meublée. Contre granit dans la cuisine et granit ou en marbre vanités dans toutes les salles de bains.

Si vous choisissez de profiter d'un dîner privé à la maison, l'unité dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils et les armoires. Si manger à l'extérieur est plus à votre goût, il ya plusieurs restaurants fabuleux en quelques minutes, avec quelques grands marchés de fruits de mer qui Steam Votre crevettes fraîches avec votre assaisonnement préféré. La chambre principale a un nouveau lit queen-size et salle de bain privée complète, TV et DVD, avec un balcon pour cette belle vue sur le golfe. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux avec une salle de bain complète, TV et DVD. Le salon a un nouveau canapé-lit et plusieurs chaises confortables, nouveau téléviseur à écran plat, DVD, un certain nombre de films DVD, stéréo et carrelage. Les mots ne peuvent décrire la vue de cette salle. Nous sommes certains que votre temps à notre lotissement sera relaxant, agréable et insouciante. Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed the townhome! It's in a quiet area that is away from some of the busyness of 30a, but is close enough to drive, bike or even walk to restaurants, shops, etc. The unit was clean, well stocked and had unobstructed views of the gulf. The owner, Steve, was also a pleasure to work with. We would definitely book again!

What a great place, great location in a small complex, fantastic view, comfortable furniture and beds, great linens & towels, well equipped kitchen. Couldn't ask for anything more. Everything was updated & clean. Owners were a pleasure to work with.

Very well appointed townhome with every detail thought of for an enjoyable vacation stay! Tucked away just off of 30A giving this a neighborhood feel. Comfortable beds and nicely updated!!

Perfect location

We had a great view of the beach from the condo with a very short walk to toes in the sand. The condo was very clean, beds were comfy, beach chairs were available for use, communication with the owner was great; they were very responsive and made themselves available for any questions we may have had. Highly recommend the rental.

Absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect and had a great view of the beach. We enjoyed being just steps from the beach and also loved having daily coffee/meals on the back deck. The ocean breeze kept the temperature comfortable to sit on the deck and also kept the bugs away. Would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a better option for blackout curtains in the master bedroom. Absolutely not a deal breaker by any stretch….but with the early sunrise in that part of FL, we found ourselves waking up pretty early all week due to the light in the room. Albeit, waking up to that view was incredible….and it gave me the chance to go stake out our spot on the beach early as well.

Great Townhome and Great Location

We have stayed in this area before. This unit is great. Everything you need is included in the unit. The owner is easy to communicate with and is very helpful. This location is great. The view is phenomenal The beach is literally steps away. The complex, just 14 units, is between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The Hub is just down the road. We will definitely be coming back to this unit.

Friends Trip

The property clean, very nicely decorated! all the necessities you could possibly need! Great to just walk to the beach! Owner very nice, easy to reach. Quiet area, loved watching the sun rise snd sunset from the deck! I’m too short so I’ll take a small stool to access the king size bed next time but bed was comfortable after I finally got in! Height challenged! 😋

Location, convenience, view

We’ve now stayed in three different units at this same property over the last six years. All were great, but this was our favorite. Small details — more room in the guest room, second bath connecting to guest room instead of hallway, a drying rack for wet swimsuits — are what set this unit apart from the others. And the owner was incredibly organized and accessible.

Beach Bliss!

I have traveled to Seagrove Beach from Texas for over 20 summers. This is a beautiful stretch of beach right next to Deer Lake State Park. Early every morning I walked to Watersound with almost no one in sight. Get to the beach early with your gear for your prime spot as it did get crowded. Steve and Kay’s updated condo unit is a short walk to the beach. From the deck and patio is a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Kitchen is overflowing with everything you could need including an iron skillet. Smart TV is included in the living area. Upstairs in the master bedroom is another incredible view of the ocean and beach. Steve and Kay answered and addressed several questions and a minor issue immediately. My adult daughter and I had a wonderful relaxing week here and you will not be disappointed!

A Slice of Heaven

We had an amazing week at this property! The location is fantastic- away from the massive crowds but just a short drive to great restaurants and the grocery store. We loved that the entire place only has 14 units. The gulf views from the 2 (yes 2!) balconies is wonderful! The townhouse itself is THE best stocked place we have ever rented- everything you could ever need and and more. The kitchen is especially well stocked! The owners have really gone the extra mile to ensure that guests have everything you need for a great stay. Communication with the owner was excellent! They made sure we had the check in info well ahead of time and answered any questions we had. The beach access is a short walk away and is used by many other properties. We walked to the east about 150 yards (toward the state park) to escape the crowd. Was absolutely perfect. Sunrise over the lake in the park is breathtaking- it is easily seen from the beach. We would without question stay in this property again.

Fantastic beach vacation

Rental experience exceeded all expectations. The rental home was pristine. It already had all necessities for a family vacation. We enjoyed meals and playing cards on the deck looking out onto gulf. Location is less than 100 yards from deck to ocean water so you can go back and forth from beach chair to house. Plenty of room to relax and play on beautiful, clean white sand beach. We rode bikes every day to local coffee and ice cream shops and restaurants. Steve, the owner communicated and responded at a moment's notice to answer all questions and ensure we were well taken care of the entire trip. I look forward to returning with my family to this house.

Wonderful week!

Our family just spent a wonderful week in Seagrove! The condo was very nice and the location is perfect. Very easy walk to beach. The beach is great and not overly crowded like other beaches can be. It was a very relaxing week enjoyed by all. Steve, the owner, was great to work with too. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect Seagrove/Seaside getaway

This was a wonderful, comfortable beach home with good amenities, in a perfect, dreamy location. It was a few easy steps to the beach so mornings, afternoons, evenings... very easy to enjoy the beautiful beach that we came for! The two bedrooms upstairs were perfectly restful with good mattresses and extra linens, blankets etc. and offered a nice retreat when some of us wanted to turn in early and some of us wanted to stay up later! The living room has some very comfortable and pretty furnishings for our (limited) indoor time, and the kitchen was well-equipped, open to the living room (and view of the Gulf, too) and perfect for hanging out as a group while fixing a few meals. Very much enjoyed having the two decks (main floor and upstairs) also. I loved that we were located far enough away from super-busy Seaside this past week, yet plenty close to bike down the path and be a part of the action when we wanted to. Also, there is a nice little collection of restaurants and shops right on this spot on 30A, an easy stroll or bike ride down the street from the townhouse. The Old Florida Fishhouse is quite a hotspot and a fun place for an excellent lunch or dinner. Kayaking on nearby Eastern Lake (a rare coastal dune lake) was a treat, and there is access to this lake within the neighborhood. I could go on and on... it was lovely place to spend a week, and we hope to come back soon!

Great unit. We will definitely be retuning. So close to the beach.

What a great week. Townhome is just what we were looking for. Clean with new furnishing and bedding. Everything we needed in this great unit. We will definitely be returning. Owner was great to work with. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this townhome

Nice 30-A Townhouse - Jun. 2017 Stay

2BR townhouse with a great location in Seagrove Beach. Easy access to 30A and short trips to Seaside, Seacrest, Alys Beach, etc. View of the beach from the living room and master. Beach access via a couple of short paths just off the back deck stairway. Townhouse was in good condition with plenty of space, storage, and all the items you need to enjoy your vacation. The owner Steve was great to work with. He was informative and took the time to provide details about the property, area, and also answered any questions we had. Would recommend this property - especially if you are looking for a less crowded section of beach on 30-A.

Wonderful!

My husband and I stayed here for the second time this past week. We love the condo, the location, the peace and quiet, the beautiful view.....well, pretty much everything! The condo is just off 30-A and there are many good restaurants nearby or you can cook in. We especially loved Bud & Alley's for dinner. They have a rooftop bar where you can sit outside and watch the sunset and the food was fabulous! Steve is absolutely great to work with and really quick to respond to any questions or needs. Would definitely recommend this condo if you are visiting the area.

Wonderful Memories are Made Here!

Our family of four recently returned from a relaxing stay in this townhome. The location is perfect with being directly located on the beach and being secluded enough to be in a quiet area yet close enough to bike (we rented bikes and loved exploring the area on the well-paved bike trails on 30-A) or walk to some restaurants and shops. We saw dolphins from the deck view and other sea-life during our walks on the beach- very entertaining! The home is tastefully decorated with beach decor, plenty of space for a family and everything you need in the kitchen to prepare any meals. Steve was very responsive, informative and prompt to any questions. We are already missing the area, the sounds of the ocean waves and sunsets- without a doubt would rent again!

30-A Treasure!!!!

Our family and close friends stayed in this magnificent town home during Spring Break 2016. Steve was one of the most pleasant owners I've ever rented from. The home has everything you could ask for in a beach rental. They have beautiful taste in their decor. The view of the ocean is breathtaking !!! It Is obvious that this is someone's HOME, and they are kind enough to share it!! The location is great for restaurants and shopping!! I will be staying in this unit again!!! This property would fit families, girls getaway, or just about anyone!!! You won't be disappointed👍🏻🌞🌴

Sunny Days with Ocean Views

We spent February at this condo. It is very comfortable and Steve was great to work with. You will love the view, beach walks, sunsets, bike paths , good restaurants and fish markets. It is close to a lovely state park where you can appreciate the dunes and dune lakes. I enjoyed the quietness of the area during this time of year. Summer crowds and traffic are gone. It reminded me of the shore town I grew up in.....Just sunny days and the beautiful ocean! So relaxing!

We have been coming to this area since 1984, We purchased this townhome in 1999, GREAT VIEW, less crowds & traffic, no high rises. We wouldn't trade this location for any on the beach. You'll see why after you spend some time in this relaxing spot.
