The house was large, clean and had everything we needed. The set up of the house was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed our time on the deck by the water. It was very easy to communicate with Amy and ask any questions. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit the Boston area.

We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home! I stayed here with my mom and four aunts for a girls’ trip to visit Boston and the surrounding area, and it was perfect for us. The home was beautiful, extremely comfortable, clean, and very accommodating.The setting was one of our favorite parts, the scenery out back along the water was absolutely beautiful and made the whole stay feel peaceful and relaxing.We also felt this home would be wonderful for so many different types of travelers, not only a girls’ getaway, but families with children, multi-generational families, or those traveling with older family members. It was comfortable, welcoming, and easy for everyone to enjoy.Most importantly, the host Amy was absolutely amazing, kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. She truly helped make our stay even more enjoyable.We made some wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again, I highly recommend this home!!

This is a lovely home with water views. We enjoyed our stay so much!!! The home is spacious, yet cozy, and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Everything you could possibly need was there, and everything was put away in an orderly and organized manner. We had our family reunion over Easter weekend at this house, and everyone remarked on how special it is! I’d give 10 stars if I could! Thank you for a wonderful family holiday!

Our family enjoyed the house and being on the water. Fire pit on the beach was great and the pool table got a lot of use.

Our family traveled to this area to visit family in the Boston area and New Hampshire so we needed something centrally located and fit lots of people. It definitely served its purpose. The location was close to the city while avoiding traffic and allowed us to easily explore other areas like Cape Cod and Newport easily. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms although the layout of the house is odd. All the bedrooms are upstairs but just one bathroom upstairs with the other being off the kitchen and another in the basement. There is a mother in law suite that my father stayed in to avoid the stairs but he had trouble in the shower because the shower floor is too slanted. This is not a beach house but definitely has water views but not exactly the best views but water is water. The porch was nice as well. Overall I recommend this house!

Couldn't have asked for much more!

Had a great time here, amenities were great as was communication with the host. Enjoyed the sunsets over the water and firepit and everything was very clean and in working order.

Graduation stay

The house was very clean, had a beautiful view and plenty of bathrooms. It was perfect for my large family to stay for my daughter’s graduation. The pool table was a big hit with my adult children. Highly recommend!!

Four adults spent four days. Property was as advertised. Clean, nicely furnished home in a quiet neighborhood, close to Boston transit system and interstate highways. Easy access to airport. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Communication with property management was excellent. I highly recommend this property if you plan a visit to Boston and the surrounding area. Lots of things to do and this property is the perfect home base.

Spacious Waterfront Retreat: Perfect Thanksgiving Stay for Family

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving stay at this waterfront beach house! A great location for access to Boston and the South Shore. The spotless interior, spacious 4 bedrooms and baths offered plenty of room for everyone. The host was exceptionally accommodating, and the house comfortably accommodated our needs. Fantastic Stay in Weymouth, MA

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay in the Boston area. The home in Weymouth was perfect for our family. The location was great for easy access to the MBTA for all our activities in Boston. The home was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the water. We enjoyed having breakfast on the deck. Amy was a wonderful host and responded immediately to any messages. I would highly recommend home for anyone visiting the Boston area.

Boston Adventure

Took the family on a Boston adventure and stayed here. Love that it is tucked away on a quiet waterfront block. The house is spacious and immaculate. So easy to get to Boston. Needless to say, we enjoyed our stay. Amy is a wonderful and gracious host. I would come back next time we are in town :)

Great Place - would stay again!

Everything was as noted, and Amy was a delight. It was perfect for multigenerational family - the first-floor in-law suite was great for the oldest of the bunch. Plenty of room to be together and to have your own space. Outdoor space and view were a plus. Plenty of paper products, full size shampoo/conditioner/soap and other nice details provided.

The view was excellent. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and the house was very big . We had fun playing pool downstairs. We couldn’t get enough of the house
