Very cute place! Great for venturing to many cool places in Southern Utah. Lots of thoughtful extras and hospitality from the host. Overall great stay!
This property was the perfect location for our trip. Kellie was an incredibly responsive host and the property is extremely well-appointed. She has thought of everything!
Everything about this vacation rental is perfect! The perfect location to national parks and other hiking areas, SO clean, the beds and sheets are super comfy. You can tell Kellie put a lot of time & effort into making this a home away from home for her guests. I will definitely be staying here again for future hiking trips! Thank you so much, Kellie!
We chose this place because it was between Bryce Canyon and Zion. While there isnât a ton in Orderville it is definitely a nice, safe and quiet time. The drive to either Zion or Bryce is definitely manageable for the day and staying in Orderville allows you to explore more of the Wast side of Zion which is typically where you see the sheep! Check-in was super smooth and the place was incredibly clean (which is a must when I am looking for somewhere to stay). The beds were also super comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary supplies. Would definitely recommend checking out if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Springdale or want to spend time in Bryce, Zion and Kanab. Itâs is super easy to get to all three of these. The neighborhood is quiet and extremely peaceful, not to mention the views of the mountain are awesome. The property owner gave super clear communication prior to and was extremely responsive and easy to work with throughout the booking process and stay although we didnât reach out much). Would recommend! The coffee shop in downtown Orderville is fantastic and would highly recommend checking out.
Perfect Stay! Had a baseball tournament in Orderville. Very clean, more cost effective than driving into Kanab, and had a great time! Beds were comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were clean, and kids loved their room. Host even texted right after we left to let us know we left a pillow behind. Would stay again!
The host responds within 10 minutes of any message i sent and when we got to the house, there was a lot of amenities like bathroom supplies & kitchen supplies to use! The beds were increidble!! They are firm, but then mold to your body and we slept like a rock! The location is right in the middle of Zion & Bryce, about an hour to each park from the home. Its also close to some stores, gas stations, & restaurants, so it worked out perfect for us!
We have stayed in a lot of rental properties over the years. This one is among, of not the very best. Now... Orderville is a small town. If you blink you will blow right though. So if you're expecting fancy eateries and bougie mansions this isn't it! But, this property, located in the basement of the house, exceeded all our expectations. It was large, comfortable, and cool. Quality and comfortable furniture, beds, linens. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and featured a nice coffee bar, with coffee and Keurig cups waiting... The owners even left us some cold drinks and a half dozen farm fresh eggs in the fridge.
Honestly, for as expensive as VRBO properties are becoming, they should all be equipped this well. The personal touches and thought that the owners put into this place are exceptional and make all the difference in the experience.
The price was fair, their communication was very good, and the location was ideal for commuting into Zion each day - hint - stay on the east side if you visit in the summer and don't want to die of heat stroke.
Bonus: There's a really cool and easy slot canyon hike 5 minutes from the property. It's a must-do!
Our family had so much fun at the property. Itâs the perfect location to the East Entrance of Zion yet feels like a country escape from crowds and the busyness of life. The binder full of fun things to do and detailed notes on hikes was so helpful too. This is a special place and the host thought of every fine detail to make our stay comfortable and convenient. I canât wait to book again for a Fall family getaway. Thanks you for helping us close out the summer on a positive and fun note as a family. Excited to bring more family next time.
Kellie was prompt in reaching out and quick in responses to any question. Place was very clean and Kellie included all the little homey touches to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I would recommend this 100%. Only possible drawback would be a lack of available yard at the moment (think it is a work in progress) if you have kids but you can tell they are putting so much work into the property. Super thankful for the experience and didnât have to worry! I would love to go back. â€ïž
The host equipped the house with all that we could possibly need. Loved the design and layout! The location to the nearby National Parks was also a perk.
