Resort amenities with vacation home pricing make this stylish and family friendly condo a rare find. Enjoy the Vancouver Island lifestyle with beaches, trails and activities all in walking distance. This condo is tucked away in beautiful Nanoose Bay that is only a 10 minute drive to Parksville.

Welcome to Ocean View Suite A. This suite is available for long term rental during the off season, please contact us for available dates and rates.
The suite can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Your stay includes access to the resort amenities. There are pool towels in the suite for guests to use.
This one bedroom suite is fitted with a king bed. The bathroom that doubles as an ensuite has his & her sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a stand alone shower. The bathroom offers a privacy door to separate the bathroom from the bedroom.
Bathroom essentials are provided: shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
The living room features a fireplace, Smart TV, and pictures windows with gorgeous views of the ocean and the westcoast surroundings. The living room offers a pull-out that sleeps 2 people. Guests can enjoy year-round access to the covered deck from the living room. The deck is furniture with 4 outdoor chairs and a patio table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with standard size appliances to allow guest to cook and dine in. Complimentary coffee and sugar are provided. Guest can enjoy their meals at the dining table that can double as a work space for those guests working mobile.
Guests are welcome to use the In-suite washer/dryer. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided.
If you are looking for accommodate up to 8 people,
Suite (A) can be combined with the adjoining suite (B) which offers a 1 room hotel style suite with a king size bed, pull-out couch, and a full bathroom. Suite B comfortably sleeps 4 people. Please contact us for more details.
*** IMPORTANT NOTICE *** If you plan to use the hide-a-bed in the living room, please message us so we know to leave out bedding for you.
RESORT FEATURES:
Indoor pool, sauna, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub and fitness center. *Please note that the pool is closed every 4th Monday for servicing.
Indoor games room with ping pong and a pool table.
Seasonal use of kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and retro style cruiser bikes.
Childrenâs playground, outdoor kiddie pool and Rock Hot Tub. *Closed on Thursdays 9-5 for servicing.
Pickleball courts.
Large lawn area and outdoor volleyball net.
Common grilling stations. (4 stations).
Ocean facing patio deck with two gas fire tables.
Access to walking trails, beautiful gardens with several ponds and shoreline access.

There is a large covered parkade next to the building for parking.
The suite has it's own private entrance and is equipped with a keypad for self-check-in & check-out
Guests can use the stairs or the elevator located in the lobby to access the suite
******This is a pet friendly suite; 1 dog is allowed. The pet fee is $150
******Smoking and/or Vaping is prohibited except in marked designated smoking areas $300 fee for smoking in non designated areas

- Please do not wear your shoes inside the home.
- All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 11pm to 7am, please respect the neighbours
- No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- If you have a pet accompanying you during your stay, please pick up after them and don't leave their waste in the yards. Pets must be on leash outdoors.
Smoking and/or Vaping is prohibited except in marked designated smoking areas:
Resort guests, and visitors must not smoke or vape on strata property. All forms of smoking and vaping are prohibited as follows:
-within strata lots,
-common property and limited common property, including but not limited to hallways, elevators, parking garages, stairs, patios and balconies, and
-on any land that is common property or a common asset, except in marked outdoor smoking areas designated by strata council.
When checking-out, please remember to,
- Tidy suite, load and run the dishwasher, and wash the throw blankets from the couch if they were used during your stay.
- Please return the amenities key is returned to dish by the front door.
- If you used the pull-out couch, remove the bed sheets and mattress cover and re-assemble couch.
- Take the garbage and recycling to the commercial bin located beside the parkade. Liquor bottles, beer cans, soda cans go in the commercial bin as well.
- Sign out of your Apps and streaming accounts, such as Netflix, Disney+, etc.
- Please take any left-over food with you when checking out of the house.
- Upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the suite, close and lock windows and doors, and turn off the fireplace. Turn off fans and turn down the heat.
