Cousin Trip

The cabin was beautiful and perfect for the two of us. The surprise bottle of wine from the property owner was a special treat and came in handy while we waited out the storm that hit Door County while we were there. It ended up being the BEST night of playing cards and relaxing. The neighborhood was wonderful and the town was great! When I go back
I would stay here again!!! 10 Stars!!!

Birchwood cabin

The cabin was excellent and well appointed. We loved the fire pit outside. It was centrally located with easy access to all of the highlights in door County.

If you’re dreaming of a cozy escape that’s just a short stroll from the charm of Sister Bay, this is the spot. The decor is absolutely pristine- think modern comfort meets rustic retreat. It feels like you’re tucked away in nature, yet you’re only minutes from all the shops, restaurants and waterfront fun that make Door County so special. It’s the best of both worlds: peaceful and private, but close to everything you came for.

The Birch Cabin was perfect for our visit to Door County. The home was beautifully decorated, contained every ammenity we could need, and we had great communication with the owner. We would definitely stay here again. The price was reasonable, the home very clean, the towels were soft and bed comfy. It was private and quiet, tucked away in the woods and close to everything. Loved this cabin!

Anniversary

My husband and I usually visit Door County 2-3 times a year, but with a new job, anniversary planning got away from us. We booked a little late in the season and couldn't have been more pleased. The location is incredibly beautiful and wonderfully decorated. We enjoyed a cozy fire in the Adirondack chairs and the crisp fall breeze. It was extraordinary!

Perfect Getaway

We planned a last minute getaway to Door County and the Birchwood cabin! We got in after 8 pm and we were thrilled with the quaint and cozy and clean cabin It was so comfortable and had a fantastic esthetic! Its an easy walk to the marina and Downtown Sister Bay! Well e

Perfect for our needs

We had to attend a family wedding in the Sister Bay area and needed an accommodation that would take a dog. The Birch Cabin was perfect for our needs. Both couples staying having their own bathroom was helpful. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit area but it looked really nice. Location was central to be able to walk to the docks and shopping if we wanted. Everything went really well...thanks for the nice little welcome basket.

No complaints!

We had a wonderful stay in this updated, cleanly and quaint cabin in Sister Bay. We had everything we needed and it was close to the town. We could have walked into town if we really wanted to but it was a very short drive. The fire pit area outside was such a nice place to enjoy a coffee in the morning. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect wooded cottage for a relaxing weekend!

Your cozy cottage proved to be the perfect spot for an early spring weekend getaway. We loved the tasteful design and amenities--you really thought of everything! When we had a small issue at the end of our stay being locked out, you were able to resolve it immediately, which we appreciated! We hope to visit again soon.

Comfortable and luxury stay

Great stay for a family looking for a comfortable, modern and luxurious stay. My wife, 6 month baby and I stayed for one week and had no issues. There are plenty of amenities including outdoor gas grill, wood fire pit with beautiful over head lights, board games, indoor gas fire place. The bedding was extremely comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this host and any of their locations if you are looking for a luxurious stay while at Door County.

A Quaint Quiet & Beautifully decorated cottage yet close to town!

3 gals on a long weekend getaway LOVED this cottage. It fit us perfectly, and had many details we enjoyed. Although the pictures online are accurate, they just don't do the cabin justice. It's even cuter in person! We loved the sweet welcome basket, the coziness of the cottage, including a gas fireplace at night. Despite it being close to a couple other properties, it really feels separate and gives privacy to your stay. The fire pit area is just as cute with lights strewn and a nice crafted path. We did give some feedback on our inability to locate n'esspresso pods nearby (which was the coffee machine in the cabin). Here's how great the owners are! By the time I arrived home, there was a message that said they were ordering a regular coffee machine as well! Now anyone can purchase coffee, including that wonderful Door County Coffee, and bring it back to the cabin where it is PERFECT for morning or evening! Do pay attention to detail under "house rules" where you need to upload your drivers license and pay a security deposit prior to your arrival or after you book. Also, the driveway can be kind of tight and tricky backing out if there are numerous cars in the adjoined parking lot next to the cabin (there were five when we were there, as it must be a much larger cabin). This is a great cabin where you feel tucked in the woods but you're just a few minutes around the corner to sister bay marina ! We would easily give this stay five stars!!

Lovely Cabin

Lovely cabin tucked away in the woods but only about 1 mile from downtown Sister Bay. Cabin was extremely clean, kitchen was fully stocked with all kinds of kitchen ware, very nice to have an outdoor fire pit available for use. Cabin is updated in modern decor and the owner was always responsive with communication. Check in was easy.

Perfect in every way. Quiet Perfect Location everything you need for a great vacation

They thought of every detail! Beautiful exterior private lighted outdoor firepit just to the side of home. Fireplace is perfect entryway with full kitchen amenities. Comfortable beds and pillows. The first place I have ever stayed where I didn't want to leave the home. Every need taken care of!

First family vacation in the books!

First family vacation in the books! The beds where comfortable and the sheets smelled nice and clean. The house was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. The walk in shower in the master was a delight and had great light with the skylights. The outdoor space looked so fun, unfortunately we were too tired at the end of the night to have a campfire but there was ample wood to burn. And my favorite was the nesspresso machine! Thanks for a lovely time.
