Our cozy apartment is located on the second floor of a historical building dating to the 1890s. It includes its own kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms and two full luxurious bathrooms for our guests!
We were very pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of this property. It's very open and welcoming, with room for everyone to move around. The furnishings were just right for this guest house. We will definitely let our other out of town family know that this is the place to stay!
This property is beautiful, very clean, and well appointed. Spacious living area, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are set up nicely for guests. The kitchen and laundry areas have newer appliances. While we just had 2 adults and a toddler staying there, It could easily accommodate 3 couples or 2 families. Highly recommend!
As always, our stay was wonderful in this historic place. The new couch and love seat were comfortable and coordinated with everything else. Thank you for a wonderful stay,
I stayed with my mother and 12 year old daughter. We all 3 didnât want to go home. The place was so roomy and the view of the little town from the living room was our favorite. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. There were really good places to eat that were walking distance, and a really cute boutique across the street. We canât wait to go back!
The property was lovely! Very open & roomy. They had snacks waiting for us which was perfect! We were there during a cold snap so it was a little chilly inside. We were able to turn up the heat, but it didn't reach back to the master bedroom & bath.It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer available and there was detergent as well. The main improvement I would recommend is a better stocked kitchen. Nothing fancy just the basics. It was a beautiful spacious kitchen, but we had to mix our scrambled eggs in a pitcher as there wasn't a mixing bowl.Overall, it is a lovely place to stay and I highly recommend it and would stay again myself!
The property was gorgeous. It was an open floor plan in a renovated building. Beautiful exposed brick and incredible kitchen. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. We loved the location, right in the quaint center of Florence where there are adorable shops and an awesome coffee shop. Also right off the highway and down the road from the Vineyard where our daughter was getting married. I wish I had a few more days there.
We stayed in Florence for a wedding in nearby Liberty Hill. The apartment was just 15 mins drive away. The place is newly updated and really nice... especially for the price! Fully stocked bathroom and kitchen, extra blankets and towels, etc!
The area around isn't bad but isn't much so just be prepared. Our only complaint was the master bedroom never cooled off. It was a good 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the apartment. Otherwise, great place to stay if you need convenient, affordable place in the area.
Beautiful place and very spacious. Very clean and well appointed. Perfect location downtown, we were able to walk around and explore the shops there. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!
Was a great find⊠suited our needs. We enjoyed the area and met lots of the locals being downtown. I would definitely stay there again if I were to go back to Florence.
We absolutely loved this place. The history of the building was fun and the redo was gorgeous. The hosts had thought of everything. When us old folks had trouble getting the TV on the station we wanted to watch a sports event, Marian, the manager, was there within minutes. We are looking forward to staying many more times. Florence was right outside our door and donât miss shopping or eating there. Everything was better than advertised.
We had a great stay in this beautiful second floor apartment. Location was perfect for our trip to see the total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. Downtown Florence has cute shops for unique gifts, a nice restaurant, and a fun bar with good food. There is a little market for your groceries, a coffee shop/tap house, and an eclectic antique shop, all walking distance. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of room for the whole family. It was just the two of us so we had plenty of room to spread out. Stairs were not an issue for us and there is even a spacious laundry room. I canât say enough good things about our stay and if we are ever back in the area we would totally stay here again. Communication with host was excellent. Check out Kevinâs Place for drinks with the locals and Salado Creek Saloon was a friendly spot for drinks and has live music. Close to Georgetown, Liberty Hill, and many sweet small towns. People we met were so friendly and welcoming.
My husband and I enjoyed this cute apartment while I attended a class nearby, and he worked from the apartment. It was clean and nicely furnished. Super convenient to only have to drive 6 mins to class. It is close to a highway and Main Street so there is some road noise, but we didn't find it any worse than staying in a hotel. The host was responsive to questions. We hope to stay there again when coming through town!
