Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, the garden and the location by the pond. We were surprised by some of the points mentioned, as they were not raised with us during your stay. We were in direct contact and immediately helped when you had a question about the gas cooker. Before your departure, we also specifically asked whether everything had been alright and were told that you had had a good time. Had the other concerns been mentioned, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address them at the time. Regarding the reference to a “villa”, the house is located in Villaparc Duynopgangh, which is the official name of the holiday park. Our intention is not to create unrealistic expectations, which is why we show the house, its layout and furnishings extensively in our current photos and description. Regarding the downstairs shower, we are aware that an occasional odor can occur and this is something we are addressing as part of our planned improvements. We would also like to clarify that this is a self-catering holiday home. Bed linen and towels are not included as standard and can be rented separately. Consumable items such as dish soap, dishwasher tablets, tea towels and hand soap are not part of the advertised amenities. The layout of the house, including the bedrooms on the upper floor, is clearly shown in the listing and photos, and the property is not advertised as barrier-free. We have recently taken over the holiday home and are continuously investing in and improving it. The upstairs bedrooms have already been renovated, a new kitchen will be installed shortly, and further improvements are planned. We aim to give our guests an enjoyable stay while presenting the house as realistically and transparently as possible.

Besten Dank für die Bewertung für unser großes und strandnahes Haus. Alles sehr "alt"? Wir haben die 3. Lattenroste (springen Kinder auf den Betten herum?), die 2. Matratzen, die 2. Polstermöbel, die 3. Terrassenmöbel. Sicherlich sind Hänge-WC heute modern, aber erneuert man Bäder ca. alle 10 Jahre? Wir hatten einen super stabilen Elektrogrill für die Terrasse (dachten wir!), nach einer Saison Gäste-Benutzung musste dieser entsorgt werden (Standfüße abgebrochen, Grillplatte desolat): Und doch kaufen wir immer wieder neu! Wir sind bemüht, dass sich unsere Gäste wohlfühlen, wie auch wir, wenn wir selbst das Haus nutzen!!!
