Condo and grounds were spacious. The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable and the beds were very creaky waking us up at night. The patio space was large with a nice view of the ocean and bay and very quiet. The walk to the beach was easy and clean.

Best Girls Trip
I took my daughter and her best friend and we stayed four nights. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.. The room was clean, had everything you could need for a great stay, and the property was amazing. Having two pools too hot tubs always made it easy and it was not crowded. And the balcony made a very relaxing sunrise and sunset. Overall great vacation.

Overall enjoyed our stay. Location and proximity to the beach and our favorite places to eat was nice. The only issue was with the two “twin beds” that were actually ottoman folding beds and not actual beds. We would have stayed at a different location with actual beds to accommodate 6 people. This place should be listed for 4 persons or worded differently in the description regarding the twin beds.
Thanks for the place to stay. We enjoyed our time. If we have less people on our next visit, we would consider booking again.

Beach/College trip
Our 7 night stay was great!! Was in town for a two day TamuCC tour for our incoming college freshman and also wanted to have beach time. This condo was perfect for us. The property amenities were fantastic, two pools and the boardwalk to the beach was very convenient. The condo itself was roomy and stocked with everything we needed and more. A prior review had talked about the single fold out beds for guests 5/6 so we brought a queen blowup mattress and it worked great and we still had room while everyone was more than comfortable. We will be back for sure!! Thank you
