It was very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. We didn’t get enough towels so I washed more than I thought I would. They can get quite sandy so extra towels is a must.

We had an amazing vacation. We loved the condo. It was stocked with everything you need for the stay as well as the beach. The ONLY draw back is the construction next door. The beach view is gone! We look forward to going back to Port A later in the summer.

Loved our stay
Great value for a beach side property however the unit is on the very end so for older folks it’s a little walk, not bad for most people though. Washer was broken during our stay but the resort gave us a code to use another units washer. Could use a few nice beach chairs.

Wonderful
Great time and great accommodations. Very clean and quiet. Only problem was an outlet in the kitchen did not work(unable to use microwave) but that was okay we managed. Would definitely reserve this place again.

The unit itself was clean and well appointed. However, with the recent construction/build out of the adjacent community - Cinnamon Shores - the patios no longer offer Ocean Views! Ocean Views for every unit was one of the advantages of La Mirage and why we have come multiple times - not any more! We are unlikely to book without confirmation that the rental unit will not be on the side facing Cinnamon Shores.

Great getaway!
The proprty was clean, right on the beach and relaxing. They are doing construction next door but they never started too early or were a big nuisance. It is a bit of a drive down to the main part of Port A but being removed was also nice! Would definitely stay here again!

Great property
Overall a nice stay, the property managers went above and beyond for anything we asked. Check in and out seamless, even accommodating when flights got cancelled and we needed another night. There was no hand soap in either bathroom (we bought some) and they could have had more bath towels in the condo to accommodate 6 people. No uber service in the area that we could get booked, great taxi service out of Port Aransas(but more expensive then short drive uber)

Very Deceiving
Pictures are extremely deceiving. The unit is dated and the furniture and rugs we're dirty.Would not recommend.we were very disappointed!!!

Family & friends getaway
Great location with easy beach access. It's also very close to an elevator. Restaurants and stores were only 5-10 minutes away. They had a bin of new flip flops, which was great because my wife's broke one day. Pool toys were also available to use. Very comfortable place!
The only bad thing, which has nothing to do with the property specifically, is the mosquitos were TERRIBLE after the tropical storm flooding the week before our stay. I recommend loading up on bug spray beforehand.

We are so glad to hear you enjoyed it ! Yes, after the rains, they do come out. We do attempt to help the situation by spraying around the pools , courtyard and even through dunks in the pond. We appreciate the feedback and please visit us again on your next trip to Port A.

Nice condo
Condo first impression walking in is very nice, but felt main bedroom bath needed updating. The drawers on dresser were broken and not really usable. Some furniture was a little worn out. We did have bad weather so I felt we couldn’t really get the feel of how it nice it should be.and FL.

Birthday Getaway
The condo itself was nice. Pools were clean. Beach access was close. Building itself needed work. Parts were under construction. Only major complaint was the elevators were out near our room. Had to walk a good distance to get to one. Elevator itself was creepy and creeky. Wish that would have been disclosed at time of reservation!!!

Will be back!
Already planning on coming back! The condo is beautiful, huge deck, love the board walk to the beach. One pool was heated which was a surprise and huge bonus for the kiddos! Some construction noise on weekdays in the neighborhood next door, but they seem to be moving a long fast. Bring ground coffee or keurig cups, ice and water bottles-otherwise house is fully equipped, they even provide pool/beach towels. Shampoo and conditioner provided also.
Added bonus was this unit being so close to elevator which made it much easier moving in/out!

Dirty Unit
I will start with the positives. This complex is located close to the beach so you do not have to drive. We enjoyed that aspect. The balcony was nice as well.Regarding the unit; the unit was FILTHY. It smelled musty and was grimy and dirty. We were very disappointed with the unit itself. You had to wear shoes in the unit the whole time because the floor was dirty. There were towels left in the dryer that you can tell weren’t dry, and were left wet. It was nice having laundry in the unit, but the washer and dryer smelled musty too. There was a shag area rug in the living room that was dirty and there were stains on ALL of the rugs in the unit. The secondary shower was almost unusable due to the poor shower head. You were lucky if you could get your body washed let alone your hair. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. We did complain to the front desk staff. If someone asked me to stay in this unit again, I would say no.
