Hocking Manor sets on 250 acres. You are free to explore the property along with the 10 miles of private hiking trails. We have horses that roam the property (fenced) and 2 ponds that are stocked and ready for fishing! As for the house, we sleep 26, have 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a game room, billiards room, bar, poker room, movie room, formal living, formal dining, top of the line kitchen, pool and hot tub wing, 3 patios, bbq, pig roaster, are accessible to disabilities, loft theater, and so much more! We hope that our gallery shows everything!

Hocking Hills State Park is a state park in the Hocking Hills region of Hocking County, Ohio, United States. In some areas the park adjoins the Hocking State Forest. Within the park are over 25 miles (40 km) of hiking trails, rock formations, waterfalls, and recess caves. The trails are open from dawn to dusk, all year round, including holidays. The park contains seven separate hiking areas: Ash Cave, Cantwell Cliffs, Cedar Falls, Conkle's Hollow (nature preserve), Old Man's Cave, Rock House and Hemlock Bridge Trail to Whispering Cave.

The hocking manor was a beautiful, comfortable stay for my family and to host a backyard wedding

We had our wedding in the backyard of the hocking manor. All night my guests kept commenting how beautiful it was and where did I find this place. We stayed the whole weekend so we were able to spend more time with family and enjoy all the other amenities (ie indoor pool, fire pit, games in the basement). The kitchen was fully stocked and the wedding caterers were able to use this space during the wedding. Thank you Hocking Manor and Penny for helping us have the best weekend of our lives!

The house is huge, stunning, and extremely well equipped and organized. We had an amazing long weekend stay to celebrate a milestone birthday with the whole extended family. There was a minor maintenance issue on our third day, but we called Penny and she was super helpful and handled it right away. We did two local hikes, spent a lot of time in the pool, enjoyed cooking meals, and played a lot of games. I also appreciated that the check out instructions were very straightforward and minimal. Overall, beautiful and functional property and wonderful family trip!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at The Hocking Manor!!

The house was large and accommodated our entire family. The amenities were plentiful, form a well stocked kitchen to the indoor pool and spa. There is plenty to do for the whole family. The older kids (and adults) enjoyed the game room. The grounds are beautiful and spacious. We loved that we didn't need to leave the premises for any reason. Wonderful, responsive hosts.

The property is just as described. There were 18 us, ages 2 - 72, we had plenty of room for playing games inside and out. We especially enjoyed the large concrete pad in front of the garage for playing pickleball, kids riding bikes and variety of other games. The pool was well used, unfortunately, the temp control and hot tub area were not working and repairs were unable to be made during our stay. The property provide lots plenty of towels and bedding, laundry and dish soap, garbage bags (we had a lot of garbage), all appreciated. Check-in and check out was seamless.

Perfect Place for Large Family Gathering

Our family celebrated my father-in-law's retirement at Hocking Manor and it was great. We had a group of 22 ranging from ages 6 to 70 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids especially loved playing the games in the basement, fishing in the pond, and swimming in the pool. The setting was perfect and secluded with scenic hiking trails, a cozy firepit, and friendly horses. Penny, the property host, was super responsive to any questions we had and great to work with. We highly recommend Hocking Manor for large groups to get away. It was perfect for our family!

Hocking Manor in Winter

Hocking Manor is an exceptional property. We had planned to be there in summer to use the many extra amenities outdoors but due to a family funeral had to go to the winter. No regrets. The house is one of a kind and the people involved in managing the property are top notch honest folks. Our family highly recommends you try it for a large group as we had.

They stay was enjoyable with plenty of space to spread out.

We loved the time we spent as a family all together. The space was just big enough for us all to gather around the tree to exchange gifts and play Christmas games.

Our family (23) had a great 4 days at Hocking Manor

Indoor pool and hot tub was great. The game room was a popular place with video games and outstanding pool table. Enjoyed the walking trails and the outdoor area where we had supper and grilled out one evening. Our family enjoyed having a great time hanging out around the fire pit after supper.

Beautiful and peaceful

We had a family gathering at Hocking Manor. The property is spectacular; we especially enjoyed watching the horses graze as we drank our morning coffee on the patio. The house is well equipped and so comfortable. There were plenty of activities for the adults and kids of all ages. The peaceful, beautiful setting was perfect for our family to make memories that will last a lifetime. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and peaceful

Our family had a great stay at Hocking Manor. The house was well equipped and there were plenty of activities for the adults and kids of all ages (from 5 months to 83 years old). It was the perfect setting for our family to enjoy each other's company and make memories that will last a lifetime. We especially enjoyed feeding the animals and watching the horses graze as we drank our morning coffee on the patio. Highly recommend.

Chillin' on the deck

The house and pool were amazing. Plenty of room inside and out. We were awed when the moon rose above the hill while we were enjoying the firepit. Then the horses walked across the ridge of the hill in the moonlight. We took many pictures.

Katie's Crew Reunion

My family gets together once a year with several generations to create stronger relationship. We started this 4 years ago when my grandmother passed. This location was by far the best place to meet the needs of all of our family members. The wheelchair lift was so helpful for my cousin who needed to get up the stairs. The pool was a great location for the kids together and enjoy fun games. This house accompanied my older uncles and aunts who loved sitting around the fire and patio sharing family stories. The 9 bedrooms and 10 bathroom was amazing for our family gathering. I would recommend this place for anyone who would love the space for a family reunion gathering. I am looking forward to booking this location again for our family.
