The Rocky Mountain Inn was in operation for 10 years, 3 miles north of Browning, Montana. The Inn was physically moved to the west side of Glacier National Park, to its current location in 2017. After two attempts to reopen, the Inn has officially opened as of May 2022.
Rocky Mountain Inn owners, Gwyn Andersen and Meghan Roe are a mother daughter team of lifelong Montana residents. The Inn was Gwyn’s childhood home. Gwyn and Meghan have lived on both the east and west side of Glacier National Park and have traveled Montana extensively.
Gwyn is recently retired after 37 years of school business and has turned her full attention to the operation of the Inn.
Meghan is trained in speech language pathology and audiology and is a certified good listener. Meghan works from home as a virtual assistant and is mother to a set of twin girls and their little sister.
Tyson Roe, is the marvelous and incredible husband of Meghan. He is the head of maintenance and grounds and works tirelessly to make the lawn look the best it can look. If you have an issue just ask for Tyson. He is also an amazing breakfast cook. Whipping up some of the best breakfast dishes with locally grown and produced foods from the valley. Tyson is a counselor by trade and works at Oxytocin Clinic in Kalispell.
