The one-level ranch-style house is located in a residential neighborhood 15 minutes away from downtown DC (10 minutes from National Zoo) and conveniently located near restaurants and shopping malls (Wheaton & Montgomery). Starbucks and Amazon Fresh are a short walk away. We're on Connecticut Ave. just inside the beltway. Features three bedrooms, a large living room, 2 full bathrooms, and a fenced-in backyard for you and your pet to enjoy.

Enjoy gathering for lunch/dinner in its large kitchen/dining room combo that comes complete with a big island where you can prepare your meals. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to whip up a meal, including a full stove, oven, dishwasher, and other cooking essentials.

If you are working during your stay, we have a desk and a mobile laptop station in the living room.

Our lovely house is ideal for decompressing after a day of working. The living space is bright and open. The big, fenced-in backyard comes with patio furniture, a gas grill, and an outdoor TV to enjoy your favorite game while grilling or just hanging out with friends and family on a hot summer evening.
