Panoramic views! Totally private! Wide open living spaces are accented with French limestone through out. Gourmet chef's kitchen.12" floor to ceiling glass walls. 2 walk in closets! Lutron lighting..Private end of cul-de-sac prime location just off the Sunset strip. Massive living room boasts pool table, baby grand piano,and competition level Foosball!Master bath with double Jacuzzi spa and off master bedroom deck, another deep spa! 60' by 17' salt water pool!

The space
Designed by famed Laguna Beach architect, Daniel McMann. This is a custom house through and through. 3 level living room that opens out to a 270 degree view! Commercial master Chef ,Wolf range stove,sub zero frigs, and built in barbecue! Baby grand piano sunken in living room floor (so as not to obstruct view) is where famed Rat Packer, "Dean Martin" composed his Vegas musical shows with director Jonathan Lucas
Huge master bedroom with 10 floor ceilings and fleet-wood sliding doors though out. Master bath has double his/her sinks as well as walk in closet his/hers.

There is a 1 bedroom apartment on the side of the house ( with no access to main house) occupied.

Very important . Please read. I will only check in the person booking. I have been getting a number of guests that are having others book and then the guest is not the person meeting for check-in and the booking guest actually never stays in the house...

This house has amazing french lime stone and Oak floors . We prefer no shoes. 100% all kids need to be without shoes and even socks.They like to slide

Amazing property and even better host!!

We had an incredible time at this property. Chris went above and beyond for us while we were there setting up dinners and shows for us. The view was amazing and highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique/special stay to consider this property. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Awesome view and it’s cool at night where you don’t even need the AC, Chris was helpful during our stay for restaurants / events in the area for our friends who had their first visit to LA. Thanks Chris!

Very luxe home made with incredible views

We spent 5 days at this property at the tail end of a family road trip from San Fran. It has knockout views and a real 'wow' factor. We loved watching the sunset from the balcony in the evenings. It's walking distance from Chateau Marmont and Sunset Boulevard, which is a bonus. A city holiday is not for everyone - we live in London so are used to the sounds of the city - but we loved it. Chris was an incredibly helpful host and we enjoyed meeting him.

Gorgeous Home Fantastic Views

Staying at Chris' Hollywood Hills home was a unique experience truly unlike any other. His house is an architectural delight with stunning views from every floor, with floor to ceiling windows that open for a cool breeze. The view of LA and surrounding areas was gorgeous. Chris provided wonderful idea's each day to enhance the stay. Spa and pool were also nice with gorgeous views. Really, it’s like staying in a 5-star resort that you have all to yourself. Check-in was easy as Chris met with us and provided us the key and a tour of the property with instructions for his smart home. Communication with Chris was just a quick message away with any questions, if needed. We will definitely book Chris' place again, soon. Thanks again Chris!

Horrible

The host sleeps in the home with you. In a bedroom downstairs next to the master room there was a huge roach in the house. If I wanted to heat the pool or the jacuzzi I had to ask the host to do it for me. And when I asked it didn’t get done until the next day. Horrible experience overall. On top of that he was texting that he can heard us walking upstairs because again he stays inside the home in a bedroom downstairs. There is a no noice ordinance in place in the neighborhood passed 10pm. Which we were fully aware of but inside the house I should be able to stay up as late as I want. And walk around or run as I please. Will never stay here again.
